Nestled in Mesa, this charming house for $276 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Hello All and Welcome Home! This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool and hot tub are perfect for any get away that you have planned. With its open concept and split floor plan this 2500 sq ft beauty has everything you need for together and private time. The central location and quick access to freeways makes it convenient to enjoy everything that the Phoenix area has to offer. Multiple golf courses are located within minutes of the property as well. The split floor plan offers privacy as well as a community feel. There are 2 family rooms. One of them has a pool table and couches, while the other one opens up to the the large kitchen. Three of the four bedrooms have a TV. WIFI is included in your stay. The large windows, tall ceilings and open floor plan really make this home. It gives perfect views of the pool area and has so many options. There are multiple places to spend time together, but also allows for quite time. Having a corner lot is also very key in your privacy. The pool area is gated to ensure the safety of your little ones. The pool is NOT heated but, there is a hot tub that is available for use from Sept. thru May for your winter enjoyment. Ceiling fans help cool the outdoor space during the summer months while enjoying the patio and BBQ area.

This was a great home away from home stay. Surprisingly, the house was equipped with lots of things. The cooler definitely came in handy. The kids enjoyed the pool table and leftover games and legos. It was so great to have 4 separate bedrooms! The amendities are excellent with this stay. I can imagine the pool is excellent in the warmer months. We did do a polar plunge or two. ;) The hot tub did get icky on our second day. It would have been nice to not have missed a whole day of enjoyment in it, but Michelle was very helpful and communicated quickly to resolve the issue. It was definitely clean and warm for our last couple days. We also liked the bonus of having a garage door opener with ability to park in the garage. There were ample bath and pool towels. The mattresses may be needed for an upgrade soon, but it could also be that we prefer stiffer sleeping arrangements. We took full advantage of having a washer and dryer. It was greatly appreciated! Overall, it was just what we needed it to be for our temporary home.

We were in town for our daughters wedding at Superstition Manor. We arrived early and we’re able to drop bags and get to where we needed to be. The out is very spacious and is well kept. Weather was wonderful so sitting poolside was perfect. Would defiantly stay again. Thank you the house added to our perfect weekend.

We came to town to visit relatives; this home was a great place for our family to relax in our downtime. Wish we had enough time to enjoy the pool! Home is a great location, for traveling the area.

Great location. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Hot tub great. Outdoor seating we used a lot. Great rooms. Very clean. Didn’t use pool because it was a little chilly while we were there but it looked great. Very easy to work with the owner.

Comfortable, large home in quiet neighborhood. Was the perfect location for my extended family to escape the Midwest cold and enjoy desert living. The hosts were very easy to work with and very responsive. I would gladly return here.

*We paid a large cleaning fee
*We were on a get away celebration and were asked to do things that the owner should have taken care of.
*These request were made "to make it easy on the cleaning person". Who could relax after the requirements placed on our visit?
*There was no regard for the fact that we rented the property to enjoy family.But the owner placed these request, making us work for them.
*Owner relied on us to prepare for the next guest
*Questionable linens,were stained. Should have been replaced
* The host should not rely on guest to do laundry/linen.
* The washer was grossly rusted
* Or clean /the"swee-gee" the shower after use .There is nothing relaxing about that.
***I do not recommend this property because of the things mentioned previously

Property needs a large update. Rusty showers, outside entryway filthy, mildew in shower. One roll of toilet paper in each of two bathrooms and one roll of paper towel for a group of eight which house supposedly accommodates. Manager told us to go store and buy more toilet paper.

There was plenty of space for us to play, relax, and enjoy our visit. Sitting on the patio with the fans was so nice since it was 95 degrees and even though the water was cold, we enjoyed the pool when we needed to cool off. Our family had a great time.

Michelle was very accommodating and responsive! I loved the swimming pool, it was a perfect start/end to the day after long hours at work. Absolutely lovely home and more than plenty of room for entertaining or staying in. I look forward to visiting again!

This house was as good as advertised. Very centrally located to golf and nice restaurants. Pool and hot tub were in great shape. The pool table was awesome for evening entertainment. Lots of room and the beds were comfortable. We will use this place again next year. Thanks Michelle for having us.

The neighborhood is great and close to freeway. The home is very well equipped with amenities and kitchen supplies. The pool table was enjoyed by all. The hot tub was clean and used by some - too cold for the pool ;-(. Lots of extra towels and linens. The only complaint about beds not being comfortable was the room with the double / twin. Besides that everything was great - plenty of space for 7 people. We were in town for a wedding and very busy - would like to have had more time to relax in this beautiful home.

We asked more than once if the pool was heated. You made no reply. Since we were bringing children, they were disappointed. There was a basketball & volleyball park within a block of the property so this was a source of entertainment. Overall the property is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with the items you need for cooking. It is in a nice quiet community of well maintained homes. A good place to invite friends and family to visit while we were in Arizona. We would consider returning to this property.

Great house filled with everything we could possibly need for our trip, including a high chair! We were able to cook for thanksgiving without a hassle in the fully stocked kitchen. There was more than enough space for my family, 6 adults and 3 children, to relax and enjoy our time together. The pool table was enjoyed by all. We had a great time during our stay!

Beautiful home! Comfortable, clean, and well equipped. 10 of us were in Mesa for a wedding, from the age of 8 to 90 and everyone enjoyed staying in this home. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had before we arrived. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Very nice house.Pool was to cold to swim in.Hot tub needs to be cleaned.It has a ordor and kind of slimy to the touch.Beds were comfy. Close to everything.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and hated to leave. Everything was wonderful. Brandon & Michelle made sure we were comfortable in the home with all the necessary items in kitchen, linens, towels, detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels etc. Loved the patio, pool, hot tub and the home was very spacious. If we ever come back with the need for 4 bedrooms, I won't hesitate to book this again. A J (relative of owners) is local and takes care of any problems. He was very nice and we enjoyed meeting and visiting with him. I apologize that I didn't put this out there sooner.

What a beautiful home Brandon and Michelle have! They were so easy to work with while we were planning our visit.
We were in AZ for our daughter's graduation and this home worked great to have our family all together (8 adults and 2 children ages 2 and 5)The pool was wonderful and we made good use of it! We will consider this home again for a Wedding we have next year, if it is in that area. We would certainly recommend this home.

We decided to visit my parents who live in Mesa this past July. Typically we visit once a year and stay with my parents but decide to rent a house for this trip. It was the best trip we have had to Arizona. Brandon and Michelle's house was perfect for my husband and 3 boys ages 27 through 9. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty for them to do in our down time between the pool, the video game system, the pool table and the board games in the closet. The house was very nicely kept and stocked with most everything need for everyday use. My parents were able to come to "our house" for dinner one night, which was a nice change of pace.
Brandon and Michelle were both very pleasant to deal with. I like some of their personal touches with the visitors journal to write your adventures in, and the visitors guide explaining how things worked and were area attractions were located.
I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Mesa and expect to check to see if it is available on our next trip out.

Very stylish house loved the decor. We were impressed and felt so comfortable there!!! The pool and pool table were the big hit for everyone including the children and adults!!! Would definetly stay again when visiting again!!! Your neighbor was awesome he bought over oranges 2 times for us!!
