About this house rental

Located in Red Mountain Ranch, this attractive house for $268 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. If you are looking for a beautiful four bedroom, two bath home with a heated pool to rent for your vacation look no further! Everything is brand new and the house has recently been renovated. The home is located in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large private backyard with a hot tub and a heated pool and a beanbag game for anyone who wants to play outside. There is also a comfortable seating area with a fire pit under the covered patio, along with a nice four burner propane grill if you want to cook outside. There is an extra cost of $50 per day for heating the pool to cover the cost. The pool heater is electric and electric heaters are not as efficient as gas heaters. But during the coldest months we can’t guarantee 83° as the preferred setting. (please note if you do want to order the pool heat we have to turn the heater on a couple of days before your arrival so the pool would be heated for the entire stay) The home features a perfect open concept so everyone can relax and enjoy the space. The large new kitchen boasts a beautifully big granite island with seating, so everyone can enjoy each other‘s company while there are people preparing the food. The open concept living room is attached, with a comfortable leather sectional couch, so people can sit back and relax while watching TV, or talking with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked so there is everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The house also includes all the bedding and linens and towels you would need. Just fyi, the home has a standard coffee maker only, no keurig. This is a single level home with a split floor plan so the guests that use the master bedroom and master bathroom are separated from the other side of the home, which houses the three other bedrooms and the spare bathroom. The master bedroom is nice sized and the master bathroom is stunning! Huge shower and fantastic tile work and counters throughout with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the three additional bedrooms all have queen size beds. All of the bedrooms are set up with comfortable memory foam mattresses! There is a comfortable sofa/sleeper in the front room area that will sleep an additional two people if needed, bringing the total number of guests to 10. There is a separate living room area in the front of a house with a television and board games in case you want room for the kids to play games or watch tv, and the adults can sit in the other sitting area and watch whatever they want. There is a separate laundry room with newer front loading washer and dryer. The home is located just a few miles from the 202 freeway which can get you basically anywhere you need to be in Arizona! Shopping and restaurants are just a couple of miles down the road with plenty of choices. You will never want to leave! (We also recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance thru VRBO in case something unforeseen delays your trip: weather, illness, plan changes etc..)

This property was perfect for our family Christmas of 7. Lots of room for gathering both indoors and out. Pool and hot tub were bonus. Photos were accurate; if anything, the space was even nicer than the photos! Anna was excellent for any Q/A - thanks so much!

Spacious, clean, and modern while located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Pool was great and we enjoyed a morning walk each day right out the front door. Easy access to interstate was also a plus. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay & I absolutely love that it is right next to the Lower Salt River recreational area in Tonto Natl Forest. The wild horses & the California Poppies were the highlight of our drive in from Abq! The pool & jacuzzi are an added bonus. The house is gorgeous! I do feel that you should add in the fee of heating the pool in your description of the listing, not later after it is already booked, tho. That was an unexpected expense......

This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! We had three college students with us and they each had their own room—nice together time but also room for separation when needed!😁 Heated pool and hot tub were awesome! It was well stocked with necessities and extras. Great hiking trails nearby. About 3-4 hours from the Grand Canyon…easy to do in a day if you choose. Kids enjoyed the shuffle board table. Communication with property manager was excellent…even before we actually booked it. The water heater sprung a leak the first day we arrived and a crew was on site in less than two hours to fix it. Beautiful home overall that would work for couples or a family. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable, spotless, well furnished, fun home away from home! This house is bigger than it looks in the pictures! Lots of space for our family of 6. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the fun game room! Beds are super comfortable, the shower in the master bathroom was incredible, and the kitchen has everything you need, including a slow cooker! The home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to the 202 freeway, making it quick and easy to visit our family in the neighboring town. The property manager was extremely friendly and had good communication. The check-in process was simple and convenient. We have stayed at several vacation homes over the past 7 years and this home was definitely one of our favorites! We would love to come back sometime!

We had a quick spring break trip with the kids to AZ and this home worked perfect for our family to use as a home away from home. We loved the location, it was only 20 min from Saquaro lake. For us it was close to family, dining, groceries and more. We had a fantastic stay at Red Mountain Ranch, the home had all the amenities we were looking for. It was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and my kids loved the games and hot tub. Mom liked the multiple tvs for down time so we could spread out and have space. Next time we are bringing our bikes, if you like mountain biking make sure to bring your bike there are lots of trails close by! Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely recommend this rental to traveling friends and family to use in the future.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located for us to explore Mesa and Apache Junction. Our two families were very comfortable staying here. We had lots of space to gather in common areas, and especially loved the hot tub. Communications with the property managers were easy, clear, and helpful. Thank you!

Loved this home! Plenty of space, absolutely clean and inviting! Comfortable beds. Loved the Hot tub too. Close to the freeway so easy access to wherever you want to go. Property manager is awesome!! Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!
