Situated in Red Mountain Ranch, this attractive house for $226 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Escape to a desert oasis in the Red Mountain Ranch community of Mesa. Our 3BR/2BA home features a private pool, a putting green and a BBQ for endless outdoor entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces are perfect for families or groups. Come relax and make lasting memories in this desert getaway. LICA23-07045 TPT #21489329 Experience desert living at its finest in our backyard oasis. Host an unforgettable get-together with friends and family by the sparkling pool (heatable at an additional cost, needs to be started 4 days before the reservation). Enjoy a game of mini-golf on the putting green, or relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture while grilling up a meal on the propane BBQ. The backyard is complete with ambient lighting and misting system for the perfect desert experience. Inside, the open-concept living room boasts a seating area and kitchen with granite countertops, a countertop bar, and a dining area that seats all guests. A desk is available for any work needs during your stay. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate tub, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom also has a direct access to the backyard patio. Both secondary rooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, but no TVs. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and are located on the opposite side of the house for privacy. Please note that the garage and a small linen closet between the main living area and the primary bedroom will be locked and not accessible during your stay. Guests will have access to the entire house except for the locked garage and linen closet, which are used for storage. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Our cul-de-sac location provides ample space for vehicles. Other things to note Please note that if you would like the pool heated during your stay, we require a 4-day notice in advance and an additional fee of $40 per day due to the increased utility costs. Also, please know that the pool heater is only able to heat the pool to around 20 degrees more than the outdoor temperature no matter how high we set it. We are not able to cancel the pool heating during your reservation due to inclement weather or other situations.

From booking to completing our stay our experience was flawless. The home had everything that we needed for our visit. We didn't ever feel like we didn't have what we needed to have an enjoyable experience. The kitchen had all of the essentials and having the coffee and accessories for making it was a plus. Great location with many great food and shopping options nearby. We were there to visit family so didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but if we could have the backyard would have been a great place to hangout. Kelly was amazing with communication and making sure we had all that we needed and was quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and we LOVED the backyard/pool/golf area!! Host was very communicative and helpful as well. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to AZ!
