This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beds are comfortable and pool area was lovely. We were very comfortable. Views are wonderful on the elevated patio. Lots of airplane traffic on weekdays but it wouldn't stop me from renting again. Trip was seamless, no issues, communication great and we were pleased. I would recommend.

This was a great property for our family of 9 with 5 children. They were able to have fun in the heated pool and spa everyday and splitting them up in the larger beds was great. We have a great time.

House was perfect for our family gathering. Enjoyed the views of the golf course from the beautiful backyard. Enjoyed mornings in the hot tub with coffee and sunrise. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Location was convenient with the hwy 202.

Beautiful home and perfect for us to celebrate a family wedding. Home was as advertised. We gave four stars only because the pool and hot tub temps were preset and too cold to use. We chose this home with those amenities and were disappointed that they never got close to be usable. We would definitely rent again.

The grandchildren especially liked the pool and the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty towels and linens

We loved the location, proximity to shopping, airport, walking trails and views of the golf course, mountain and distant city views. The home and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fairly well set up for cooking at home (could use a few casserole pans, sheet pans and serving utensils). A few cons: hot tub did not work (but we got a slight rebate to compensate) and we found several used/dirty dishes in the cabinets (put away by accident?). Overall, a very nice, comfortable vacation home.
