Located in Red Mountain Ranch, this charming house for $180 per night is a great option for your next break. Located in a quiet, gated community inside the scenic Red Mountain Ranch, this private home has just about everything you'll need for an enjoyable getaway. The private heated pool was just refinished with new PebbleTech coating and bright blue tile trim. The large patio was also just remodeled with travertine tile and a new granite countertop for the outdoor bar and kitchen area making the outdoor living space even more beautiful. There's a patio TV, an outdoor kitchen and grill, pool lounge chairs, and a conversational seating group to enjoy the gas fire pit in the evenings. The home is full of upscale amenities with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/office featuring a big-screen TV, pullout couch, and a large built-in granite desk. All of the essentials are there including new kitchen pots, pans, and dishes. Big screen TVs are located in the living room, den, master, and the 2nd bedroom, plus a smaller TV on the patio. The beds are comfortable as are all of the furnishings throughout. It's a great place to relax and enjoy all that the Mesa, Phoenix area has to offer.

We loved this house, felt like home to us! What was perfect for us was the list of restaurant recommendations from the owner, we ‘hit’ every one of them and each one was great! We will be back next December for sure!

We loved the house So nice and clean and roomie Love the tvs in every room and out by the pool!! Also loved kitchen accessories 😀 stove and over worked beautifully The all house fan made it so comfortable temperature wise! One afternoon we had friends over to swim for a few hours (so fun) and we used the great bbq area outside (super clean as well) So yay we loved our stay Only thing I would have liked is the pool a bit warmer

Pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful property. Well maintained and very clean . Quiet neighbourhood in beautiful desert setting. It felt like a home away from home. While friends and family say we were crazy to head to Phoenix from the cool pacific northwest during a unprecedented heat wave , we did not regret our decision for one moment with this particular property and that amazing pool to keep us cool during the hottest of days. My grandchild even learned to swim which was an extra bonus . Well stocked as well with little things like spices and a few extra pantry/bathroom items which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for your hospitality . You have a beautiful house.

Great property. Easy check in. Owners responded quickly to messages. Lots of towels and kitchen things. Wish there were proper blinds though in the room and updated window covers. The sun woke me up directly hitting my eyes every day in the master bedroom. Whole house gets lit up pretty early though. If staying for a bit maybe also ask when the pool maintenance comes. Or this could be written in their check in book. Woke up to very loud voices in the back yard; not immediately assuming this was for the pool. Loved the pool. Kids spent quite a bit of time in here. Lots of space. We didn’t feel crammed or on top of each other. Overall nice property.

Beautiful property and just as pictured on VRBO Beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was outstanding! Outdoor firepit was a plus as the nights were chilly! We enjoyed all the different birds especially the quail. Located close to shopping and dining. Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area. Check in and out was simple. We would book again!

The property was as described and wonderful. Steve and Vickie were responsive to any questions, and worked with us on an early check-in. The property was very clean and updated. We spent much of our time at the pool, and used the outdoor fire pit and kitchen. It was a perfect getaway and having the heated pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay in this property again if we are in the area.

Great backyard area, fully paved with pool, firepit & outdoor kitchen, shaded area for afternoon sun. Well kept home, quiet gated neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after golf and hiking. Excellent response time from owners on a few minor issues. Would definitely rent again.

The house/property was as advertised on VRBO. Gated community was quiet and well located. Everything you would need on a daily basis was a short drive away on Power Road. Owners were easy to work with got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Would defiantly come back again. Had a very enjoyable trip.

Easy to find the house coming from the airport. Easy acess to many nice golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Very clean house in a quiet area. We even heard the coyotes signing one night. Heated pool is a must! Perfect place for 2 couples.

Well maintained property. Very comfortable with pool and outdoor bar with grill and other comfortable seating. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Great location with plenty of dining options and shopping available. The owners provide a detailed booklet with everything you need to know about the area and instructions for day to day items like garbage and recycling pick up. Not one single thing to criticize about this property - perfect for a couple or family.
