The outdoor fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or review your East Valley adventures. The backyard offers spectacular views of the golf course, mountains, and beyond. The whole house We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. Pool filtering was not working, pool water slid was not working for days. Hot tub was never available, due to prior renters and green. Fire alarm had to be replaced while there battery expired in 2021, seems like its not checked yearly, safety hazard! Kitchen lacks being stocked with necessary items. Kitchen knives could not slice a tomatoe. Appliances were old. Communication with the rental association was unbelievable, and not responsive. Beware of plastic lawn chairs, old and weathered, willbreak while sitting in.

Loved all the fruit trees - grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Would have been nice to have fruit picker. Only issue was after hot tub cleaning, 1 child developed a rash - resolved with Benadryl. Management very responsive. Pool n slide awesome! Hot tub n pool temperatures great. Pool up to 10’ deep.

Had some communication issues at first with the property manager through the app. Once we got on the phone it was better though. The house was amazing! It’s further away than I hoped for but an easy highway drive to everything we did. The beds are super comfy. Pool heater wasn’t great but the hot tub worked just fine. Pool water was beautiful but the hot tub water needed some cleaning. I’d still come back it was a great house.

Impressive property in side and out. Heated pool and hot tub were excellent for our winter stay. Outdoor fireplace and patio were well used during our stay. Interior was exactly as advertised,and the pool table was fun for the whole family. Quite neighbourhood, with close access to freeway and shopping.

Excellent pool (the water slide was a total blast), beautiful house inside and out, ideal location next to the Phoenix loop - and the contact with the property management firm was responsive and very helpful. Special thanks for coordinating a grocery delivery - couldn't have had a better time!

Great area… close to grocery stores, restaurants. Easy access to expressway, convenient to airport, attractions. Very nice neighborhood. Felt quite safe. Easy checkin. Beautiful home, as pictured. Well stocked kitchen. Best part—the amazing backyard! Quiet and private. Fabulous pool! Comfortable seating areas. Highly recommend

Such a gorgeous property!!! We stayed a week with our adult children and grandkids and had an amazing time!! The backyard is so great-we spent the majority of out time there-we couldn't get enough!! We are from ND and they were having a historic blizzard during the time we stayed so we were definitely enjoying being in this backyard! Will definitely be back!!

Stayed with 6 adults and two kids. House was clean and well stocked with essentials. Communication was great with owner and property manager. Added grocery service was great. Location great to get back into the city and get out of town. We went to the zoo and out to Saguaro Lake. Outdoor spaces were great and fruit trees were an unexpected bonus.

We had a great stay at Red Mountain Ranch. The property is better than advertised. The property manager met us there and thoroughly showed us around. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Loved the outdoor living area. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The property was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get away from it all! Hated to leave.

Our group of 11 had a fantastic time staying at this property. The pool and hot tub were both clean and fun, the bedrooms were comfortable and fit everyone and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with a group of people. We had a fun, relaxing stay!
