Nestled in Aberystwyth, this charming condo for $119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Renovated from a historical model, the apartment is set in a stately home from the Victorian heyday, just opposite the historic Royal Pier. From there you can easily reach the town center and numerous restaurants, bars and traditional Welsh pubs. Stroll along the well-known Aberystwyth promenade or relax with a hot tea and a few Welsh cakes in one of the quaint cafes. A cool refreshment on warm days offer the beach in Aberystwyth or the long sandy beaches in Borth and Ynyslas. Or enjoy a walk along the high cliffs of the National Coastal Path and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Irish Sea. Not far from Aberystwyth find Naturefriends green mountains covered with Purple flowers of the Erika, blueberry bushes, gnarled trees and where mountain streams with kristallkarem spring water crashing down the slope. The original small streets of Wales are flanked by hedges with wild honeysuckle, foxglove and primroses. Badgers, foxes, weasels and martens are your nightly companion. Well appointed and equipped seafront apartment... Fantastic location
Having visited Aberystwyth many times over the last three years we’ve stayed in a variety of different accommodations.... just wished we had found this apartment earlier. Excellent location right on the sea front with up to 4 hours free parking between 9 and 6 on the opposite side of the road and free parking overnight . The apartment is very well appointed and the beds are exceptionally comfortable . The Kitchen has a large selection of untensils so it’s a pleasure to cater for yourselves.The sitting and dining area is very comfortable.After our sons graduation there were 7 of us for drinks and it felt spacious enough to accommodate us all.Bathroom is compact but very clean and functional. The apartment is on the top floor but the communal area was very clean and bright and the stairs shouldn’t be too much of an issue for most reasonably fit people.The location of the apartment makes it a great place to sit at the table in the window and watch the world go by.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.Jannette was so helpful from booking right through till after our stay.

The apartment is very well-furnished and self-sufficient. Everything is simple, stylish, basic and comfortable. We enjoyed the seaviews at mealtimes and the kitchen-lounge has everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and beautifully set-up. The restroom has hot water and are very clean and decorated to a high standard. We felt very at home all in all. Being on the top floor meant climbing flights of stairs daily so not suitable for very elderly, unfit and the disabled but posed no problem for us. We are very glad that the apartment is so convenient to accessing everything in town. The owner is very responsive to questions and kept us in good contact about what to expect in good time. A lovely welcome with nice touch of wine and chocolates when we arrived made us smile. Thank you for your wonderful apartment - we loved staying there and would book this place again x patsy

Eine Reise wert....
Aberystwyth ist wirklich eine Reise wert!
Als alte Universitätsstadt und Seebad bietet Aberystwyth eine Vielzahl an Abwechslungen, ist dennoch angenehm überschaubar, liegt zudem in einer wunderschönen Landschaft sowie direkt an der Cardigan Bay ... und das alles ohne Touristenmassen!
Die Stadt selbst bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten: Man kann auf den Constitution Hill mit der Cliff Railway fahren, auf dem Coastel Path lange Strecken wandern, die stadteigene Burg erkunden und die eisenzeitliche Befestigung Pen Dinas erklimmen ...oder einfach ein Bier in den zahlreichen Pubs trinken. Ein wirklicher Tipp ist ein Besuch (unbedingt mit Führung!) in der National Library of Wales, die über der Stadt thront – vielleicht ist auch gerade eine interessante Ausstellung hier zu sehen.
Die Wohnung von Frau Allen hat für all diese Trips eine Top Lage - hinzu kommt ein Blick auf das weite Meer sowie den alten Pier, ringsum befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bahnhof und die Busse (u.a.TrawsCymru) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem! Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock eines großzügig angelegten, ruhigen Hauses.
Frau Allen hat uns persönlich empfangen und zahlreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben, für die wir dankbar sind. Ein Pluspunkt ist zudem der kleine Schlüssel-Safe, der sehr späte An- und sehr frühe Abreisen erleichtert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung und Aberystwyth vollsten empfehlen!
