It was clean and I like the character of it being older.
Staff seemed friendly and professional. We had a fab family room thank you.
The telly didn’t work in our room, we just wanted to go shopping and leave my mom with something on the telly.
Breakfast was very busy, no cups or tea and coffee and toast came very late but it was very very busy at the time.

The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was nice. The studio room was tidy and in a nice location on the ground floor - ideal for us as we had two children. Very nice location for exploring Aberystwyth.
I wasn't given any information at check-in, we were just given the key and shown to the room. I had to follow up later to ask about Wi-Fi and breakfast times. The room itself had a number of issues - one of the beds was broken - my son slept on it ok but he sunk right into it, and the fridge smelt strongly of curry. There was also remnants of food in the fridge so it hadn't been cleaned properly. I didn't raise any complaint as we were only there for one night. Parking can be difficult, although we knew that from other reviews.
