Finca Era des Pou is surrounded by a large property with approximately 1000 m² of garden featuring Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious, bright living/dining room with sofas and a dining table for shared meals. Large wooden doors lead to the covered terrace with a large dining table. Also on this floor are the well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and another bathroom. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom. A large covered balcony offers stunning views of the garden and pool.
The outdoor area features a lovely partially covered terrace. To the side of the terrace is a barbecue hut with a built-in barbecue, sink, and a small bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. A staircase leads down to the pool (9 m x 4.5 m) with a natural stone terrace and sun loungers. Parking is available on the property.

Wir waren nun bereits das dritte Mal in dieser Finca und planen gerade Aufenthalt Nummer 4.
Da wir die überkritische Bewertung vorher nicht ganz nachvollziehen können, möchten wir nun eine Lanze für "unsere" Finca brechen. Unsere Finca weil es schon ein bisschen Zuhause geworden ist.
Erstmal das "Negative":
Die Finca ist kein Luxus, sondern schlicht und einfacher Standard, was sich auch im niedrigen Preis wiederspiegelt. Es ist jedoch alles in Schuss und funktionsfähig. Und es wird jedes Jahr einiges erneuert.
Ameisen? Wirklich ein Kritikpunkt??? Es ist auf dem Land, da gibt es noch ganz andere Tiere! Wir hatten Ameisen bei drei Aufenthalten jedoch nie im Haus, nur am Pool.
Positiv:
Der Rest. Punkt.
Es herrscht dort eine himmlische Ruhe, hört nur Hunde, Schafe, Hähne und Esel. Für mich ist der Blick von der Terrasse Erholung pur, ich bin sofort ganz ruhig und genieße.
Der Pool ist sauber, wird regelmäßig vom sympathischen Hausbesitzer gereinigt, der sich auch um die wunderschöne Gartenanlage kümmert. Das Haus ist auch sauber bei Anreise, was man daraus macht, nun ja...
Kinder haben hier viel Platz zum Natur erforschen und toben. Wir haben hier schon Urlaub zu dritt gemacht, aber auch zu sechst und man hat auch mit zwei Familien ausreichend Platz, sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen.
Wer Wert auf Ruhe, Freiheit legt, sich klar darüber ist, dass hier Selbstversorgung mit Kochen und etwas Putzen dazu gehört, wem Schlichtheit nichts ausmacht - buchen!
Wer den Luxus eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes braucht, wo die Kabinen zweimal täglich gereinigt werden und auch sonst jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen wird, bucht bitte Kreuzfahrt oder Hotel.
Wir haben diese Finca ganz fest in unser Herz geschlossen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!
