We stayed in this Villa for two weeks 4 adults 2 young children. We had a fantastic time can not rate the villa and personal service from property management and the owner highly enough. Clean and spotless with high end kitchen appliances. This cluster 2 location has the best swimming pool out of all the clusters. Security personnel so helpful and friendly. We had windows and doors open all night no need for AC. We have been coming to Rio Mar Villas for pass 4 yrs and this was best experience yet. Highly recommended.

Loved the golf cart, the proximity to a beautiful long stretch of the beach for morning walks, and the accessibility of a resort - restaurants, bars, a small shop etc.
My husband and I worked remotely and internet was great.

The day we arrived the refrigerator was not working correctly. We had to throw out all our food we arrived on Sunday and the replaced it on Wednesday. They we’re doing construction work next door from 8:00-4:00 everyday. When we were in this villa we had ro endure sanding, drilling, pounding and chemical smells. We knew it had no air conditioning but the breeze that would come throughout the house would keep the place cool not so. Upstairs bathtub got clogged up and had to stand in dirty water while bathing. This was fixed the next day but still an inconvenience. Had to keep doors open for a breeze and had bites all over legs a lot.I called VRBO many times and not too much help. Emailed owners but no too concerned. Gave us back two days pay of our vacation which meant nothing we wanted out of there. The agent found a place for us two day before we were to go home. We were told that we would have to pay for three days even though we only had two days left we couldn’t believe it. We were not able to entertain have family over we were there for a wedding. So no we are very unhappy with the owners and your company.

We chose the Rio Mar property because of its location and promise of a restful and tranquil vacation. What we got instead was an ongoing remodel project in the downstairs unit with workers arriving early in the morning and cutting tile and drilling all day. We should have beers made aware of this prior to our arrival. Additionally there was a ceiling fan that was not working and the hot water faucet in the upstairs bathroom was also broken. When we inquired about this we were told that replacements had been ordered but had not arrived. There is no air conditioning so not having the fans working was very uncomfortable. The electrical in the unit was shot. We could not use the washer because it would trip the circuit breaker and cause several things to not work (had no hot water for two days). The dryer did not work, shutting off after five minutes no matter how much time you set it for. It was a rather unpleasant stay for our family of six. Not what we expected on our vacation. We contacted the property manager about these issues twice. The first time someone came over and reset the circuit breaker resulting in Hot water!! The second time we were told it must be an electrical problem will try and get someone out to look at it then heard nothing more. I would not recommend this place. The problems we encountered were ongoing (including the construction) and should have been addressed before our arrival, these are not the kinds of surprises you want when on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lydia, the property manager was very helpful during our stay. The villa was very comfortable, clean, and it was a great place to call home for a week. It felt rustic, yet modern and we really enjoyed the other amenities within the resort. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed visiting El Yunque which was just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! Family of 4 including 2 college age daughters. So fun to have the golf cart to get to pools, beach and main Wyndam hotel. The villa gets very warm due to no AC but you do adjust and the fans and crosswinds help. We did excursions such as 1/2 day El Yunque tour and zip lining which were very close to this property. This was our first time in PR and O would love to come back!

The property is in great condition and was very clean. I was warned that there was no AC at the property and for the most part that was not an issue as you are able to get a nice breeze but it was more difficult for the people sleeping upstairs, they felt uncomfortable when sleeping.

We had such a great time at this Villa. Everything was just as described. The villa and the views are amazing . Very comfortable. We were a group of 6 . Short golf cart ride to the beach and we had 2 pools to choose from . Lydia was very helpful and the morning shift security guard Mr. Rodriguez was amazing . I would have loved mirrors on the bedrooms since we had to wait for the bathroom to be available to use the mirror and also some extra pillows. The place has no AC and it doesn’t need . The breeze from the ocean it’s enough. The house stayed cooled all day and night . Already planning to come back next year .

What a fantastic location with the private beach, El Yunque, Old San Juan and so many more great destinations near by. We will never forget the nightly refreshing sea breeze, fun golf cart rides to the beach, & beautiful grounds. The Property Management was professional and very helpful. We look forward to returning one day.

I can say enough good things about our stay. Beautiful scenery and fantastic views. Cool breezes, great sunrises. All the facilities where really well maintained and clean. The condo was exactly what we wanted. Everything about it made this the best vacation we ever had.

It's a beautiful place to stay, with a beautiful view. If you're worried there is no A/C, don't. The cross breeze is more than enough. The property manager, Lydia, is friendly and professional. We'd recommend to our friends and family for sure.

One week was not enough.Recommend Rico Pan Bakery 2 at corner of Hwy3 & PR 968,very close to cluster 2 villas of Wyndham resort Sandwiches at bakery were so delicious! 2.5 hr Horseback riding at Carabalí rainforest then a beach ride was the best activity. All PR people we encountered were exceptionally nice and helpful. We want to return to PR one day!

Refined and perfectly situated with the romantic air of a coastal villa we all dream about. There's so much we loved about this place: the lighting and abundance of natural light, the furnishings, art collection, plush mattresses and pillows on the beds, fine linens in the kitchen and bathrooms, the well-stocked kitchen cabinets, the doors that open out to the patio, the stunning views from the deck, the handmade tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and Spanish-tiled floors, the ceiling fans and cross breezes in the bedrooms, the sense of quiet and comfort and safety of home. It's the kind of place that calls for a kaftan and bare feet all day, every day. We explored the entire resort while we were there, and Cluster II is definitely the best. And that says a lot given the wealth of amenities at your footsteps – pools, hot tubs, a 27-hole golf course, miles and miles of pristine beaches, tennis courts, a spa, restaurants, bars, casino and well-maintained walking paths. Speaking of which, the golf cart that comes with the villa is a fun extra (but watch out for speed bumps!). We could go on and on, but we don't want to spoil the the experience of staying here, one best left to discovery.

We had a great stay at this spacious beautiful villa with breath taking views. Enjoyed the pool, local restaurants and beaches. Golf cart came in handy as well.

Amazing! We love this place!
This is our 5th year coming to PR, and our 3rd year staying at one of the Trice/Padilla residences, and we love this one the most. The location, the layout, the split level balconies, and the views are amazing. Come stay here (but don’t actually so that we can stay here more often :) )

Fantastic Time in Rio Grande
My wife and two other family members enjoyed a lovely three days at Villa Padilla Trice. The villa was impeccable—neat, clean and with all the amenities we needed. It had plenty of room for the four of us and could easily accommodate six. We loved sitting on the patio in the early evening overlooking the area and relaxing and then going to sleep at night with the windows open and the sound of the coquis outside. We also enjoyed trips to the beach and the pools. The villa is close to other great beaches in the area, as well as the El Yunque forest. We also enjoyed visiting local restaurants and a microbrewery nearby. Lydia was tremendously helpful in meeting us and introducing us to the space. Thanks also to Elliott and Rodrigo for allowing us to enjoy their lovely villa.

Wow, what an amazing experience! First everything was impecable and clean. The towels and sheets were of great quality! The property manager was always available. There was fresh water with lemon waiting for us :)
There are no Tvs which was an amazing way to unwind.
There were no air conditioners and although most nights were perfect, it can get pretty hot during the daytime.
The pool was clean and steps away from their private beach.
Overall an amazing stay for families
