Great location, clean spacious rooms, excellent lounge and great staff service (especially Juan).
It was just a short walk (about 400m) from the Aerobus stop at Plaça de Catalunya, which we took directly from the airport so it was very convenient.
Moving around was easy - walkable to many places of interest and Metro/train access was easy.
There is a lounge for water and coffee/tea all day. Mini muffins and doughnuts in the morning and free drinks and snacks from 7-8pm. This was very unexpected but much appreciated!
Almost nothing except one small issue - didn’t feel that there was any ventilation in the toilet.

Location is great, that’s about all this hotel has going on for itself
First, the front desk lady (with the diamonds/stones in her teeth) was very rude. For a fromt desk person, she never volunteered a hello. Many times, we said hello and never heard it back. Young front desk guy from evening shifts was nice. Also, please do yourself a favor a replace all carpet throughout the hotel and get some decent tvs that allow streaming.
