The hotel services and staff are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast and the food and the drinks.
The issues:
1) people walking upstairs from 5am, we heard the foot steps and taking and woke us up every morning.
2) the room’s AC was not operating properly and it either made the room to cold or if we turned off the room was too warm. Not a convenient situation. The AC was not really adjusting based on room temperature.

The staff was super nice, the location is near many transit stops & shops, and the all-day buffet is off the charts awesome, especially when you’re jet lagged! The room was small for 3 people and they charged a daily charge for my son, but that’s the only slight negative, and the rest of the positives outshine that detail. Plus the hotel itself is rich with detailing like chandeliers and balconies to sit and sip a coffee or have a snack anytime of the day. Also, they occasionally have live musicians play, and that was absolutely lovely too. Overall an amazing experience!
