Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $915 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ocean Front - private walkway to the beach. This 6bedroom ocean front masterpiece with elevator and private pool has more amenities than anything else on the island- equipped for fun. Linens are not included, but can be added for additional cost. We can help put you in touch with a local service to handle this very economically if needed. Pool can be heated, is optional, and would be additional cost. We can help you with access to a discounted golf cart- ask us. Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach’s private gated community, 7 Coggeshall comfortably sleeps 18 guests with 6 large bedrooms, and 6 full bathrooms and 2 extra half bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed, ocean front view via large windows and double glass door, private exit and balcony, and its own custom tile showers, with double sinks. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's with hi definition cable, and private bathrooms. All flooring is "real hardwood", not laminate, and very comfortable, upscale, and very elegantly done. Many of the rooms have vaulted or extra high ceilings giving this already large 3000 sf home a great feel of roominess and comfort. If you want a relaxing place to "chill out" after a day's fun on the beach or golf, this is it. There are so many entertainment opportunities within this place (designed for family fun), your extended family or adult couples group may never want to leave the house. Entertainment is easy for multiple families with two separate living rooms, both with large 70” flat screen TV’s and state of the art sound systems, supported by a whole home music system for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Corn hole, private Bocce Ball Court, Horseshoes Pit, Arcade Room, Bikes, Kayak, Private Heated Pool, Elegant Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Board Games... sounds like a lot, but there is much more. Two large refrigerators, large kitchen with gas range, outdoor kitchen, and 2 sets of washer/dryer will all be much appreciated by the guests who have the privilege of being responsible for cleaning, cooking, or both. Great location, lots of amenities, 6 bedrooms 8 bathrooms, each bedroom had its own bathroom however, in the two powder rooms, the toilets ran continuously - turned the water off, but it really wasn’t a big problem. Pool needed cleaned - contacted the property manager and it was done promptly the next morning. Fire pit was under repair. Kitchen was very large and accommodated 10 easily. All in all a great place to stay. Recommend bringing your own beach chairs, extra kitchen towels and hangers if you want to hang clothes.

My husband and I along with our 2 sons and their families rented this home for a week. It was a great spot for all 3 families to spend time together but also have privacy. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the uncrowded beach which was just steps away. The property managers were quick to take care of any issues or questions we had. We would definitely rent this house again.

There are 7 of us ranging in ages and mobility. The elevator was the reason we chose this location and it proved to be a lifesaver. Thank you Tony for taking the time to explain how it worked. There are plenty of areas to gather together, a large kitchen area (we all love to cook) and so with many balconies and 3 floors it was easy to find a quiet place when we needed space. We stayed before the start of tourist season and it felt as if we were on our own private beach. It was prefect

The house was perfect for our large family. Everything is just as described. We had the pool heated and the kids loved it, the adults enjoyed it one morning too. The kitchen was well stocked . Elevator was handy my parents in their mid 80s used it and loved sitting on the porch off the master bedroom watching the kids play on beach. The views from the house are amazing. we had a few issues that were cleared up quickly. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be back next year.

This home has absolutely everything a family can possibly need. Our family consisted of a toddler, a teenager, young adults and grandparents. Considering the wide range of interests for all of us, we were never at a loss of things to do. The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to answer any and all questions. The property itself couldn’t have been more beautiful and the fact that it’s directly on the beach is priceless. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place for a birthday celebration!
My husband and I had never been to the beach in December, so we decided to celebrate his milestone 60th at OIB. It was just the two of us and we enjoyed this big, beautiful home so much. The whole place was spotlessly clean and they even set up a decorated Christmas tree for us. Several nice features, but the most unique was the master bedroom walk-in shower window where you could be showering and look out across the master bedroom, through the windows and sliding doors and see the ocean! Very cool. The owner and agency were also very easy to work with and we thank them for a lovely get-away.

The house is in a great location on the island. It is in a ‘gated’ community, however, the gate didn’t work the whole time we were there and remained open. Overal, the house layout is great, especially for a large group. Bedrooms on each level and living room area on the 2nd and 3rd level. The pool was very warm (which you pay for each day that you want warmed). The pool was very dirty when we got there but Victor came out right away and cleaned it for us and did a great job cleaning the pool. The house itself is VERY cluttered. I would recommend taking out most of the decorative items as they are outdated, hazards for kids and made check out impossible to make sure we had all of our personal items. The furniture in the upper living room needs to be updated. The couches are old and do not look appealing. The heavy metal/glass tables in the upper living room were also not kid friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the game cabinet had a great variety of board games, however, most were missing pieces needed to play the games in their entirety. The elevator is a huge plus for this house. We thoroughly enjoyed the elevator and it made check in, check out and groceries very easy to get in and out. The game room on the bottom floor was great and very fun for any age group. Probably my two biggest complaints were 1). the overall cleanliness of the house and 2). Having to rent linens. For what this house costs, linens should be included in the cost. It feels like the renters are being nickeled and dimed. As far as cleanliness, the floors left our feet black, there were brown drink rings left on the middle level mantle and dead bugs everywhere. The amount of dead bugs on the floor, mantle, chairs in the dining room, etc. were a huge turnoff for our family. Once again, with a property at this price point, I expect a much cleaner appearance. Also, getting rid of some of the ‘clutter’ would also help this. There is way too many ‘decorative’ pieces throughout the house. They do not match and are just dust collectors and hazards for any kids you may have with your group.

Great stay
This was a great stay! The property listing is accurate. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The owner heard we were in town for our wedding and had a basket brought over filled with goodies. It was incredibly thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

Location wonderful. Comments: The floors were full of sand or the sand was swept in a pile under a rug, under the curtains or in a corner. Rugs in kitchen, dining area and basement were dirty. Basement was very sour and smelled damp but it is a basement. Front entrance and pool area had trash!! LOTS and the area had not been blown or swept. You walk up and candy wrappers and straws greet you at your entrance. Pool and side area were just as bad. OUR LINENS WERE NOT THERE!!!!!! AND WE HAD CONTACTED TONY SEVERAL TIMES AHEAD OF CHECK IN to verify our order and make sure!! the linens were there and beds made. This did not happen. He had to go to Target and buy the items. No hot water mid week. We had workers there for 2 days and they wanted to come again on day 3. Come on! The shower to rinse off on walkway was a light sprinkle so of course you cant rinse ALL.... the sand off your feet. You need a hose or more pressure. We spent hours sweeping just to try and touch up floors with a 1 yr. old. Couches had food under cushions. Some food under the couches too. Kitchen had a little of this and that like a college student with 3 of this and 2 of that and then just a bunch of stuff thrown in one drawer. There is a 7 page manual about Things You Need to Know when staying at this house!! which is insane. If I had received this manual prior to payment; I would not have booked. We had to call for service to clean the pool and we tried our best to get rid of the sand on the walkway so as not to sand the pool. Someone needs to come in and Shop-Vac both wet and dry that entire house especially the bottom floor it was beyond gross. We lost power in the middle of the night one night and the alarms went off and we had no idea what to push or what was going on. This was not.... in the manual. I have rented with VRBO over 15 times and all was good until now. I will never do so anymore. Don't make the mistake we made. I know this sounds harsh but it is the absolute truth. Mr. owner/manager you should be ASHAMED. Spend the money for a professional cleaning service with strict guidelines. We were told you have been cutting back services on the house and pool and it shows. The pool is nice but the grill area is nasty. I don't enjoy making comments like this but I would want to know if I'm going to pay 12K for a week. VRBO gets a bad name because of people like this who cut back. Where is your pride? Do you really think it is spectacular? It could be.Make some change
