Tastefully furnished this studio actually has a seperate bedroom from the living area partitioned by floor to ceiling frosted glass with a door that locks and closes. It's just like a small 1 bedroom apartment! It is on the top 5th floor with a bit of a view. Corner unit so no neighbors.There is also in suite laundry a large balcony to sit and enjoy the view and all your kitchen essentials to cook a beautiful meal. Table and chairs for 2. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed. Comfortable for 3 people.Free wifi This studio is perfect for long term use or a vacation.Please note we do not allow early luggage drop off.

For anyone wanting to stay in North Vancouver this location could not be better. It is close to everything - grocery store, liquor store, dining, and transportation to Vancouver via the seabus. Will definitely stay here again.

Due to flight mix up, I arrived at 11pm. I informed the owner. She informed me she would "try to stay awake to buzz me in". This made me nervous that if my flight was delayed more, I would have no place to stay that night. There is also construction next door that made it a bit noisy in the morning. Hopefully the construction finishes soon. Cleanliness and accessories (dryer/pots/pans, etc) were excellent.

The property was clean and instructions were provided clearly. Candace made sure that we are able to easily check in and provided extra info too. I got the parking adding for $20 and don't regret as sometimes parking spots are not available on streets. Very happy with the stay.

Pictures must be old because it is a lot nicer than the AD shows. Great location with a 5 min walk to the sea bus. Easy check in and check out and everything you need for your stay. We will stay again for sure.

It was an ideal home away from home. Great having a full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Did lots of sightseeing which was so easy from here as so close to the bus exchange, sky train lines and the seabus. Loved the location. Had a great atmosphere. Apartment was beautiful and we were upgraded which was really kind and much appreciated. 10 out of 10.

Host Candace has been very professional and accommodating throughout. The building is steps away from grocery stores, coffee shops, boutique stores, various cuisine, Seabus, and the Lonsdale Quay Market. Close to the mountains, the unit itself is nicely furnished, clean, cozy, quiet, and has thorough and outstanding amenities, including coffee, Netflix subscription, cooking essentials, and all that I possibly needed for a pleasant stay. The building offers a sense of serenity in a vibrant neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

This is a great apartment for exploring Vancouver. The location is wonderful - 2 blocks from the sea bus which gets you to down town Vancouver in a few minutes, right by all of the shops and food at the Quay. Also with many surrounding restaurants and cafes, or a supermarket if you want to stay in. The apartment was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Excellent value for the price! Only comment is that I wish the listing would have mentioned in the listing that check in should happen before midnight, so consider this with booking flights etc. There is also a large construction project going on nearby, so be aware if you are a very light sleeper. The fan was enough to drown it out. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

The location of this apartment is great, close to the SeaBus and a few cafes/restaurants as well as an IGA and Shoppers. Note the parking available in the building is expensive (CAD $20/Day). Street parking is available for 2 hours at a time between 9am and 6pm daily, which was fine for us as we were out most of the day but something to keep in mind otherwise. The apartment was not very comfortable during our stay in summer - there was limited ventilation in the apartment and it was extremely hot overnight. There was also loud construction nearby that started at 630am every morning

The rental itself is nice and clean, has everything you need. Location is great, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Check-in process was a little confusing—the listing said check-in after 4pm, but the host told me 4-6pm. Fortunately they were accommodating of our later arrival time.

Got upgraded to a larger one-bedroom unit within the same building. Auto-check in was easy (plus two key fobs were included once checked in), although we had to call Vrbo since the check-in process was not shared until the day prior, which was not a big deal. Candace communicated effectively via text and adjusted entry code for late check-in. Walking distance to the Lonsdale Quay market, breweries, restaurant, marina and Seabus station. Very convenient.

I cannot comment on the actual studio suite booked as at the last minute we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite in the same building, which was very nice. This building has a great location near Lonsdale Quay. Parking under the building was expensive but worth it as it was very secure and overnight parking is hard to find and vehicle breakins are quite common when you park on the street. Access instructions seemed complicated but made sense once you actually saw the situation.

Excellent location. Parking was not included, and it was not specified as to the size of vehicle, which is important when parking underground - my Jeep Wrangler just fit - just. Floor was not that clean. The manager i communicated with was quite rude and unprofessional.

The apartment was very clean and had all the kitchenware that we needed to make a few meals. It was a great location near the seabus station with many restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
