This studio is very unique in that the bedroom is private and has floor to ceiling frosted glass enclosure with sliding lockable door. ( Almost just like a 1 bedroom unit). The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a pullout sofa bed. In suite washer/dryer along with full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. Free wifi Unlimited Netflix All kitchen essentials included. Everything you need to cook or bake a nice meal. Also includes 1 secure underground parking space. This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. Secure underground parking is additional $20/ day. Please note we do not allow for Walt luggage drop off

Located in North Vancouver, near the Sea bus station. Very easy to go to downtown. Grocery store nearby Apartment very clean and Candace is a great host. I will come back.

Great location. I felt very safe in the building. It was a nice condo. The bad: The bed in the bedroom was cheap & uncomfortable. When you rolled over, the frame cracks & squeaks. Not a huge deal but the mattress was not up to par. The day I arrived, I moved the pillow on the bed, & found a cockroach in the bed. These things are vectors for disease, so I took a piic, then I stripped the bed & did laundry. This after a long flight & jet lag. I turned to the pull out “love seat” for my daughter to use. This pull out cannot be slept on. We put the mattress on the floor to see if it would be better. I could feel the springs lifting it up to move. We couldn’t use it &we didn’t. We were disgusted with the condition of it. It looked like it was from 1990 &bought at a yard sale. Not exaggerating. The second couch had a cover over it & comfortable. The cover is clearly not cleaned. It smelled like body odour. I used the spare sheets & covered it. This is where I slept. I slept at this condo 4 nights instead of the 7 I booked it for. We stayed elsewhere. Sleep is so important & this condo cut corners. I suggest the owner sleep there. There’s no AC & in the manual there was clear mention about airing the apt out due to venting. There’s floor fans. I’m glad i didn’t go in the summer. I would open the patio door for circulation. I’m confident this is done & how cockroaches get in. A screen would be helpful- as opening the door is needed for air.

Wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and the ferry to downtown. I accidently locked my keys in the apartment, and the host was VERY accommodating, which I was grateful for.

Quiet, modern, and clean building. Safe neighbourhood. Short and easy walk to Lonsdale Quay to get on the seabus to Downtown Vancouver. Close to the best ice cream shop, Earnest Ice Cream.

I don't think I'll ever stay in a hotel in Vancouver ever again. This was a perfect location for us. The owner was very patient with my many questions. So easy to check-in. Lovely, clean condo. I highly recommend it!

One caviat - we chose this spot because it had a balcony, as some of our friends visiting smoke, and we thought this would spare them having to go up and down out of the building to partake. However the building is very strict about no smoking even on a balcony in winter, so just a heads up. Might be worth adding to the posting particulars for future renters.

Located 10 minute walk from the Seabus Terminal. Well equipped 1 bedroom with everything you need. Host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider again on my next trip.
