This Coupeville retreat is made up of three distinct living spaces - the home's main floor, its lower floor, and a studio above the garage - creating an ideal escape for extended families, multiple couples, gatherings with friends, and business retreats alike. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of sailboat races and holiday fireworks on serene Penn Cove, whether you're grilling on the deck, playing lawn games in the yard, or lounging in front of the wood-burning fireplace. What's nearby: This east-facing home, which enjoys spectacular sunrise views over the water, is well-located for those hoping to kayak or paddleboard nearby. There's a community beach a quick drive down the hill, where you can put out your pots for some of the best crabbing around. You'll also be close to charming downtown Coupeville (three miles west), the incredible waterfront hiking trail at Ebey's Landing (five miles west), Fort Casey State Park (six miles south), some of the island's best sweets at Whidbey Pies Cafe at Greenbank Farm (nine miles south), and darling downtown Langley (24 miles southeast). Fell in love with Whidbey Island while attending a wedding in Coupeville. All of the guest accommodations at Rhodena were well-appointed, clean, and downright adorable. We were all comfortable in our respective quarters. Couldn’t have asked for a better location looking out on the water. We’d definitely return, but for longer this time!
