One of Sedona’s most exclusive vacation rental homes that is set on nearly 2 private acres and has the best possible views of Sedona! As you pass through the private gates of this spectacular 3 bed 3.5 bath home (sleeps six), you will experience wrap-around red rock views, a salt water infinity pool with waterfall, and fully fenced, meticulously maintained grounds. A poolside flat screen TV, fireplace and outdoor speakers for you to enjoy your favorite music, offers endless opportunities for relaxation, as do the delightful koi ponds. Bask in breathtaking views as you soak in the hot tub. The flagstone patio features remote controlled retractable awnings for extra shade when desired and misters to keep you cool and comfortable on warmer days. Heat lamps are provided to keep you warm and cozy during the cooler seasons. Enjoy a delicious meal from the built in infrared BBQ as you take in the stunning surroundings of this outstanding home. SUNDANCE boasts an equally inviting interior with its sunlit great room, gas lit fireplace and stellar views, especially from the dining rooms multiple expansive windows. Its contemporary open kitchen with stainless steel appliances features a gas stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and all of the necessary amenities. You will also find a spacious master bedroom with plush king bedding, sitting area with office desk, additional twin sleeper sofa, large walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The master bath boasts double sinks over granite countertops, tiled walk-in shower and private access to a beautiful outdoor patio and the pool. The queen bedroom offers an on-suite full bath with tiled walk in shower, continued views of Sedona's expansive red rocks and the property’s mature grounds. There is private access to the lower gardens and koi ponds. It also has an adjacent sitting room (that can be separated by pocket doors) with a custom made twin sleeper sofa. The sitting room has access to its own full bathroom directly across the hall. Downstairs, the "3rd bedroom", you will find even more sleeping options, with its extremely comfy queen cabinet bed(similar to a murphy bed) and two twin sleeper sofas. Enjoy a game of pool on the full size pool table or sneak into the cozy infrared sauna, perfect after a day of hiking Sedona's trails. A complete fitness room with all commercial grade equipment is yours to enjoy! It includes everything you would need to get a complete workout. Come experience solitude, splendor, absolute privacy and the grandeur of Sedona from this one-of-a kind property. We are doing all we can to help this home be Eco friendly. We have recently installed a state of the art solar energy system, we use no pesticides or herbicides for landscaping. There is purified/filtered water on site to refill. No need to buy drinking water to bring to the property!! Interaction with Guests: The Sundance property is yours to enjoy! If you need help with something that you can not figure out by reading the extensive house manual, you can contact the property owners. The Neighborhood: The home is in an upscale neighborhood, all homes are on large lots. Respecting our neighbors is of utmost importance, so please treat the neighborhood with the golden rule. Getting Around: Fortunately for guests, Sundance is in west Sedona. What this means for the guests is that you are still close to everything but do not have to be in the thick of things unless desired. Other Things to Note: (Please note these important safety concerns): STEPS: As you enter home, you will immediately step DOWN two stairs! We do our best to ensure that the home is well lit upon your arrival and after returning from outings. POOL/SPA: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. The pool can be heated (March through October) for an additional fee if the guest requests it. WILDLIFE: This neighborhood is in a wildlife corridor. While the property is fully fenced, some critters may be seen inside the fencing. Foxes, bobcats, bunnies, javelinas, rattlesnakes etc. all live in this area. So just be mindful when stepping outside or hiking around the neighborhood. This is a non smoking/vaping property (no exceptions) No pets allowed No loud music or parties allowed at the property. Only registered guests allowed on the property (6 max no exceptions) 2 vehicle maximum(no exceptions) Only one garage bay available.

We brought our adult family together to experience Sedona and the Grand Canyon and this location and property was the perfect choice. Extremely comfortable, excellent amenities and an amazing location. We enjoyed star gazing at night in the hot tub, drinking coffee in the morning while looking at the terrific views and relaxing in comfort after long activity-filled days. The house is close to everything but set in a very quiet location on the edge of nature. The hosts were fabulous and were consistently responsive. We wanted for nothing apart from more time!

We have rented many memorable properties over our years using VRBO, from Paris to the California coast; none has ever left every member of the family asking, "Do we really have to leave?"
Our family ranged from 15 years old to 80 and there was something for everyone at Jeff and Serena's home. We shared morning coffee in the garden with the humming birds and 14 other varieties of birds (counted by our daughter) and watched the hot air balloons rise. The pool during the day and the pool table were magnets for everyone and we used the ample dining table for our nightly board and/or card games. The wall of glass across the back of the house, is like sitting within a painting because of the gorgeous Sedona views. The scene changes minute by minute depending on weather or time of day. The great kitchen allowed me to make memorable meals for the family and it was so quiet at night in the neighborhood you could hear the coyotes howl nearby. This is a place we hope we are lucky enough visit again. They won't want to leave then either! Big thank you to our hosts Jeff and Serena who were instantly available to answer questions. Thank you for sharing your obviously well-loved home with us.

There is no place in Sedona that has this view! We traveled with our home-from-college adult children. The downstairs area was perfect for them. We watched the sunrise each morning, and watched the sun set each evening. Great location... went ATVing, shopping, dining (both delivery and ate out), tattooing, floated in the pool for hours, watched the stars from the yard lounge chairs, and went wading in the water at Redrock Crossing. Hosts were fantastic!

There wasn't one thing about this property that we would improve upon. The view alone is unbelievable and we absolutely loved the outdoor spaces. The hosts are communicative and very thoughtful. There was plenty of room for both my husband and I as well as our adult sons. The downstairs area was even better than I had hoped for as an extra bedroom. The location is also perfect! The markets are right down the street as well as restaurants and there is a hiking trail that is only down the street from the house. As other reviewers stated, the only negative was that we never wanted to leave the house to do anything else! Run, don't walk to rent this property!

This property is absolutely amazing. As you explore the house, it's like Narnia in that you keep going and going, discovering the incredible & unexpected!
Each room is a showcase of exquisite style that's warm & welcoming and incredibly comfortable. It's well-appointed to the limit – there are a number of (optional) state-of-the-art automated features straight out of Tomorrowland that can customize your comfort & environment at the push of a button.
The magnificent beyond-belief view of Sedona mountainscapes rising above evergreens is the star of the show. You first see it through living room's wall-to-wall picture window. Exiting to the patio, you step into the breathtaking scene. The crystal-clear infinity pool, which is bordered in lapis-colored tiles and has an optional cascading waterfall, is the crown jewel, and it was sublime to swim – or soak in the adjoining tiled hot tub – while being mesmerized by one of the planet's most beautiful natural wonders.
There's even more, but I don't want to spoil any surprises!
The hosts were wonderful, explaining everything with superb clarity and maintaining excellent communication. Their hospitality and consideration is beyond belief!

From the moment we arrived, we were glad we stayed here! Check-in was easy and Serena and Jeff were always available. Our family of five was able to have several sleeping options, and each had privacy when needed. We were within minutes of a grocery store and the busy Sedona downtown. We spent most of our time on the patio or in the pool and hot tub enjoying the gorgeous views of the red rocks. After a wonderful Pink Jeep Tour, the hot tub felt particularly soothing. Each night we watched the sunset and took unbelievable photos! The new sound system and basement bed were added bonuses. You are also able to park your vehicle in the garage for added safety. No detail was overlooked! We cannot say enough good things about this place.We loved our hosts and our stay!

This was our annual anniversary trip to Sedona so we are very particular and this property was as beautiful as the photos depicted. While the interior was lovely, we spend very little time inside and base our selection on the outside mostly. The view is spectacular with the upper patio completely shaded and the lower gardens with abundant sun. There are numerous seating areas with available umbrellas for shade if you wish. Morning coffee down by the pond was incredibly serene. Feeding the fish was a highlight for sure! The house is stocked with everything you need, including bluetooth speakers on the pool patio. Hiking trail access within the neighborhood was a bonus but many other trails close by as well. Jeff and Serena were wonderful hosts and we are so grateful to them for sharing their little slice of heaven with us.

I have been traveling to Sedona for nearly 40 years, and I have never stayed in a better place! The photos tell a lot of the story - the location and setting are second to none. But the house itself is also gorgeous, impeccably clean and the hosts (Jeff & Serena) were a delight to converse with. This was as perfect as any Sedona vacation could be. If you can find some one dates, I strongly encourage you to stay at Sundance - it is perfect!

My husband and I honeymooned in Sedona 20 years ago and we get back as often as possible on our anniversary. Like all the best places on Earth, Sedona is getting more and more crowded every year, but this property is an oasis. We rose early, hiked every day (amazing trails within walking distance), and came back to rest our weary legs in the hot tub. When the kids (teens) joined us later in the week, we splurged to have the pool heated for them and it was totally worth it. You honestly don't have to leave the property to experience all the best of Sedona... red rocks views, breathtaking sunsets, endlessly starry skies, and a level of peacefulness that only exists in this remarkable place. We cooked most meals at the house because we just didn't want to leave. Hosts were great at explaining the (multiple) features of the home, helpful with advice whenever needed, and just generally a couple of really good people. Kitchen was probalby the best stocked of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. Lots of thoughtful conveniences provided (hiking snacks, coffee, tea, condiments, toiletries, etc.). For cryin' out loud, if you're still reading this review JUST BOOK IT. You won't be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this house!! The views are gorgeous!! Very clean and immaculately cared for home!! Loved the set up of the bedrooms where the two main level bedrooms each had their own sitting area and en suite bathroom on opposite sides of the house - that way my husband and I had our own area and our teen daughter had her own area.
There is also a whole other area downstairs to hang out and sleep but we didn’t need to use that area.
The hosts are so gracious and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
We highly recommend this home!

We were lucky enough to be at this beautiful property to see the Red Rocks and trees covered in snow. My Husband and I had one of our best trips (here to Sedona) at this lovely house/property. Pictures just do not do justice to this place. The house was immaculate & the views are beyond words. The hosts were extremely helpful and stayed in touch the whole time to ensure our stay was excellent.

Beautiful property with stunning views. We came for thanksgiving and the weather was cool during the day which made the hot tub so nice to use. We enjoyed the back patio, the fireplaces, the gym and even the sauna. Location in Sedona was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Property was absolutely lovely. Views are unbeatable. Heated Pool and hot tub were our favorite. Our group really enjoyed relaxing in them after a day of enjoying Sedona. Lots of games and entertainment available. Kitchen is well stocked with seasonings, coffee, Tupperware, and extras. I was also impressed with the gym. All high end and new equipment. Total bonus if your looking for a place with a work out area. We were three couples with the third couple using the basement pull out. I would really recommend this for teens or kids vs two grown adults but we made it work with the other pull outs and the owners were so kind and accommodating. Would not deter us from staying again in a heart beat!

We absolutely loved this property. By far the best hosts we have ever had! We were there mid November so the highs were mid 50s and lows were mid 30s. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the hot tub after hiking most of the day. Highly recommend shutting all the lights off and enjoying the stars from the hot tub! We walked around the neighborhood some and loved having close access to an entire network of trails just down the street. The neighborhood was so quite. We commented that it is crazy how the homes just blend into the surrounding and you don’t even notice them. Hope we get to go back!

We are a set of mid 50’s siblings and spouses (4). The house is extremely comfortable and provides easy living space for gathering, but also separate areas for privacy if desired. The view is spectacular and the fireplaces add a real sense of coziness. Recommend!

After staying at Sundance once before, I knew it was time to return to that little piece of paradise in West Sedona. It has not lost one single bit of its magic. Jeff and Serena are salt of the earth hosts and are there for any need or question whatsoever. I know I'm always in good hands when renting the incomparable Sundance home. Just minutes away from great restaurants, hikes, stargazing and more. It almost seems like sacrilege to stay at any other place when I'm in Sedona. I look forward to my next visit and hope there is availability, as everyone that stays there soon realizes it is something special.

It was enjoyable watching the hot air balloons each morning from the pool patio as they were meandering between Thunder Mountain and The Cockscomb. We flew with both balloon operators and preferred Red Rock Balloons because of their route and well maintained equipment.
This home is special from the infinity pool with breathtaking natural surroundings and panoramic vistas from Thunder Mtn to The Cockscomb as mentioned above. The landscape architecture is so well designed and maintained while all in harmony with nature. Sundance's interior is spacious and tranquil, the kitchen is well stocked and the home is kept spotless. Upon arrival the gracious owners Jeff and Serena walked us thru the amenities and smart home system, they made sure our stay was pleasurable and that we felt welcomed as guests to their home.
Sedona is clean and safe with many varied opportunities for adventure, from Ancient Heritage Sites to abundant hiking trails some starting from the infinity pool if you choose to leave this magical site.
Sundance is truly worthy of a 5 star rating and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are anxious to return soon.

It's hard to imagine a space that conjures up a dichotomy of words like thrilling, but peaceful; homey, yet resort-like, meticulous, but carefree; awe-inspiring, yet humble. It is within this paradox that Jeff and Serena have created a desert oasis beyond imagination. The moment you step inside, you are greeted with breathtaking views of Sedona’s Red Rock formations. If that wasn’t enough, the backyard/pool area beckons you to stay outside from your first sip of coffee until the stars canvas the night sky. We were so taken with the views and available activities that we cancelled our plans to stay home on several occasions.
The level of detail in each room shows the time, energy, and care that has been put into this vacation home – from the wall lighting in the master bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, to the pool table, gym, koi pond, and greenhouse! There is something for everyone. Communication with Jeff and Serena was a breeze, as was check-in and check-out.
Sometimes you find a place so special that it speaks to your soul. Thank you, Jeff and Serena, for sharing your home and giving us a pathway to dream and imagine. We are looking forward to next monsoon season!

Sundance was the perfect property to stay at in Sedona. The views alone made it hard to leave to explore and hike the surrounding areas. Jeff and Serena’s Sundance property is AMAZING. The home was very thoughtfully designed, with every imaginable amenity available. The interior is spacious and lovely, the exterior, specifically the covered back porch overlooking the infinity pool and the vast skies of Sedona, is where we watched the sun dance! We had a ball!
