Very sunny and pleasant, you will feel at home. Ideally located: 5 minutes away from the train station, cinemas, entertainment halls, restaurants and shops. Also near the Centre des congrès. The access to the highway only 5 minutes away will make it easy for you to visit the vineyard and the Champagne cellars. Close to the historic centre, the cathedral, the museums, and the Palais du Tau. Renovated, It has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, electric coffee maker, tableware and cooking accessories), a living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sofa bed for 1 person. 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, new bedding (linen provided), and 1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate WC. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. Garage, cleaning fee of 50 Euros. The house is perfect for couples or families, but it also adapts very well to business tourism (office and WiFi). It is very modular for long stays. It can be rented for weekends, weeks or months. Arrival and departure times are flexible.

This apartment is located within easy walking distance of the cathedral, the train station, as well as bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. The parking is conveniently located (and useful if you have a car as parking is pretty tight on the street). We walked a couple of blocks for pastries and enjoyed coffee on the deck to start our mornings. There are a couple of things you should know. This apartment is in the middle of a city, so there is some noise. Not any more than we expected for a city, but if you're looking for a quiet place you may want to consider some place that is not so centrally located. Also, there is only one toilet, and it is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. This was not a problem for us, but if you have limited mobility this apartment may not work for you.

Our host Veronique was very easy to deal with and so accommodating. The house is simple, but stocked with everything you need. The single washroom wouldn't be ideal for someone who had trouble with stairs, but it was fine for us. The location is amazing - right in the centre of town easily walkable to everything.

Typical home in the heart of Reims . Located walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is functional. There is only one bathroom, but your not there to stay in the home but to visit this quaint town . Veronique is an excellent hostess and keeps the home clean and simple . If you're there with a car , she also has a garage that is worth the extra .

Flott hus sentralt beliggende i en relativt rolig sidegate i Reims sentrum. Beskrivelsen i annonsen stemmer godt med vår opplevelse av huset. Det er kort vei til "alt", så det er ikke nødvendig med bil. Praktisk med to store parker i umiddelbar nærhet, når man er på ferie med barn. Sentrum av Reims med alt av butikker, restauranter, katedralen o.l. i gangavstand fra huset. Trikkestopp i umiddelbar nærhet. Forholdsvis rolig sted, men på grunn av den sentrale beliggenheten kan det være noe støy særlig på kveldstid. Dette var ikke plagsomt! Kjempehyggelig utleier, som er tilgjengelig med råd og svarer på spørsmål etter behov. Huset var velutstyrt, med alt man trenger for å ha en hyggelig ferie. Alt var rent ved ankomst, og Veronique hadde sørget for at det var godt med basisvarer tilgjengelig ved ankomst (kaffe, renholdsmidler, krydder, osv.). Et ekstra pluss var en liten terrasse med sol fram til tidlig ettermiddag! Anbefales på det sterkeste - her får man mye for pengene! Great house centrally located in a relatively quiet side street in the center of Reims. The description of the ad corresponds to our experience of the house. It is close to "everything", so it is not necessary to have a car. Practical with two large parks nearby, when one is on holiday with children. The center of Reims with all shops, restaurants, cathedral, etc. are within walking distance of the house. Tram stop is a 5 min walk from the house. Relatively quiet location, but because of its central location there may be some noise especially at night. This was not bothersome! Great landlord, which is available with advice and answer questions as needed. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday. Everything was clean on arrival and Veronique had ensured that it was a good choice of basic goods available upon arrival (coffee, cleaning agents, spices, etc.). An extra bonus was a small terrace with sun until early afternoon! Highly recommended - her you get good value for money!

This property is pleasant and comfortable. Veronique is pleasant and easy to work with. It was very clean, which is important to me. The beds are comfortable. The location is easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. Also for a small extra fee, the parking space is secure and good, and I highly recommend it if you have a car. The only drawback is that the toilet is on the first floor and the bedrooms are upstairs, so this could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

This property was great and Veronique, the owner, was helpful and nice! We walked from the train station and passed thru downtown on our way. We could walk to numerous restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. There are two double bedrooms on the 2nd floor connected to the shower/sink/washing machine room. On the third floor are two rooms (attic style with slanted ceiling and skylight that opens) these rooms are cute and one has 2 twins and the other one twin - perfect for kids. The only toilet is on the first floor which was not a problem for us but could be if you have mobility issues.

The house was in a great location, just minutes to the center of the city with a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops and all the famous Reims monuments. It was very clean and cozy and had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable self-catering stay. The off-street, lock-up garage was a great asset as parking was at a premium in the area. The only slight disadvantages were the only WC being located downstairs and the terrace not getting any direct sunshine in the afternoon and evening time..... but this may have been due to the time of year. Overall, a great location to explore the Champagne Region and also only an hour's drive to Verdun and the Battlefields. The owner, Veronique was very friendly & helpful upon arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property!

Tres jolie maison en plein centre de reims entierement equipee avec une petite cours tres agreable tout ca pour un tarif tout a fait correct...... A recommander We had an amazing stay. It is a cute little house in the middle of the city center with all the equipment you need. And very important with a little back terasse and all this for a very good price. I can definitely suggest this location for everyone. Thank you

Very nice, clean and warm house right in the center of the city. The bedrooms are very cosy. Kitchen is well equipped.There is a private garage, it is important if you have a car, because all the parkings nearby are not free. Veronique and her husband were very helpful. So we really enjoyed our vacation in Champagne.

This property is very clean and organized, had everything we needed to be comfortable, and has a very good vibe. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is within 5-10 minute walk to everything . What we most enjoyed about the place was the kitchen and terrace; we would walk about 3 minutes to a wonderful supermarket, then make dinner and spend the evening on the terrace. The owner, Veronique was an excellent host; she was very helpful thru E mail before we arrived and even picked us up at the train station. We had such a great time there. I highly recommend this property and would love to return to Reims and stay there again.

The house, on a quiet street, is clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There are stairs to climb as the bedrooms are on the second and third floors with the WC on the ground floor, but we did not mind. We could walk to the heart of downtown in less than five minutes and a large nearby park (La Patte d'Oie) with pathways delighted our grandsons on their scooters and made for enjoyable promenades. The light and sound show at the cathedral was spectacular. Veronique was very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
