Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $285 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Recently renovated this immaculate Unit is in the Seychelles Condominium Development at 5115 Gulf Dr. This accessible Development is located at the east end of Panama City Beach 5 minutes from St Andrews State Park and 10 minutes from Pier Park. Amenities include workout room, 2 pools, hot tub, and walk out to beach, and popular Schooners Bar and Restaurant next door with live music. There are not a lot of other high rise low density buildings in the immediate area, so the beach is not as crowded as some of the other areas. The 15th floor offers amazing views of the ocean and bay, with the perfect vantage point for dolphin and manatee watching. The master suite with king size bed overlooks the gulf with floor to ceiling glass sliding door to the balcony with new balcony furniture. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed located directly across the hall from the 2nd full size bathroom with beautiful new marble top vanity. It has a small closet and window. Total square feet of the condo is approx 873 and the balcony is 158 sq feet, a larger balcony than most, since unit is a "middle stack" unit with Master and Living room gulf front. Totally new stainless steel appliances adorn the new kitchen with counter height new granite top eating bar. Kitchen overlooks the living room with direct view of the gulf. Living room has new furniture with sofa bed. New tile floor just replaced old tile and carpet throughout living area, hallway, kitchen, and hall bath. Brand new gorgeous cabinets with up- to-dated pulls. Smooth ceilings throughout. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors from living area overlooks the gulf and accessible to the oversized balcony. NOTE: Flat screen TVs in all rooms, Free cable, and WiFi Internet Access is available. Property has 2 heated pools with hot tub. Game room and Fitness Center right on property. Garage parking. Seychelles is within close proximity to many restaurants and retail shopping. Close by is Patches Restaurant and Bar with their famous Hamburger, and delicious Tuna dip. Just a few steps next door is Schooner's 'the Last Local Club on the Beach' with live nightly entertainment during season, great fresh grouper sandwiches, and very close by are Captain Anderson's, Treasure Island, and Club Le Vela, Boatyard Restaurant, Deep sea fishing available. Public golf courses close by. Children's zoo and many more activities. ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 6 PERSONS IN THIS UNIT, TO INCLUDE CHILDREN, (except for infants up to 1 year of age). We loved this property. Perfect location & beautiful views. (really loved the bedroom balcony access) Sometimes pcb can be overwhelmingly busy but you don’t feel like that when you stay here. Quick elevators & a close place to park were huge pros too. Will definitely try to stay here again when we come back! Owner was very quick in responding, excellent communication.

While the condo has two bedrooms, I recommend for only two or a family of four with smaller children because the second bedroom only has a queen bed. No space to dress or place luggage.

My husband and two children (12 & 9) stayed here for our Fall Break. The pools and hot tub were great! Being right next to Schooners was super! 1:00 Snow cone time was excellent!
Master bed was comfy. Guest bedroom is VERY small with very little room to maneuver. Important to note that the access to the beach DOES NOT have a ramp. Only multiple steps. Was quite aggravating with a wagon load of stuff. Smell entering the condo was VERY POTENT of cleaning supplies. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the smell just lingered the entire 5 days we were there. Lastly, upon arriving, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. When I texted the owner asking, he was quick to give me the reason being he thought it was two couples staying since we only booked for 4 people. I just found that very odd. He apologized and sent the cleaning lady the next day to give us the sheets. That was fine until she knocked on the door, we let her in, she came right in looking around and immediately questioned us on how many people were staying in the condo and that we only signed up for 4. I thought that was extremely rude to just assume we were up there breaking the rules. All we needed was sheets so our son didn't have to sleep in the same bed as our daughter! She pegged us as guilty. Like I said, it was good, but not great.

Favorite beach place
This is our 5th year staying at Seychelles. We love that it’s on the quieter end and so family oriented. Having Schooners next door is a plus also.
This unit was very welcoming and for my first time ever I entered a beach unit that didn’t feel sticky or nasty on bare feet. We felt at home and very comfortable here. Thank you

Loved this condo! Spent Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to everything and the view of the gulf was tremendous. We were also able to see the Marina which was a surprise! Beautifully decorated and met all of our needs.

Great Stay!
We had a great experience, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The condo is decorated beautifully and has unbelievable views. We saw dolphins every morning & even saw sting rays riding the waves.

Great balcony. Great location. Pull out couch very uncomfortable even though I was assured that it was new and comfortable. (It would get stuck pulling out and putting back in the bed part so fabric was torn on couch where others had the same problem.) No shower curtain liners in either bathroom so we had to put the curtain actually in the tub which was weird.

Amazing rental
From the moment we opened the door to the condo, you could immediately tell the owners take pride in their property. We were met with a beautiful view and clean refreshing smell. Everything was exactly how it was on the listing and exceeded our expectations.
The beds were comfortable along with all the other furniture. Bathrooms and kitchen extremely clean and well maintained. Towels were soft and fluffy and there wasn’t anything we needed for our three night stay.
All communications with the owner were quickly responded to and I highly recommended this rental. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

It was an amazing experience, perfect apartment, being in the center of the building, have the master bedroom and living room looking at the balcony. From the bed you can see the water and the gorgeous sunsets. The view from the 15th floor is mind blowing.
The owner was extremely friendly, responsive and doing everything he could to accommodate all of my requests. Definitely recommend it, looking forward to go there again soon. It's worth the 9 hours drive from Miami. :-)
