We loved staying here! The view was amazing and so was the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s a perfect location where there’s tons of places you can go eat and enjoy! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Property Neglected
Property Neglected
The good: Location was good, however it was more than a walk to the boardwalk. The top floor was great for beach views. The master bedroom being on the ocean side of the property was great. The storage area down in the car port area was great for storing beach equipment. Sea Coast was VERY responsive and great about fixing the things that broke during our stay. The Bad: We wouldn't stay here again because of how the property has been neglected. Door coming into the property was busted (barely caught when you closed it), the sliding door was very difficult to slide (true entrance to the condo) due to the corrosion on the track and the metal frame around the sliding door was so corroded that it broke during our stay and maintenance had to come out and fix it. There were multiple areas of corrosion on window tracks ect. Two burners on the stove were inoperable so we only had 2 to cook on. The coffee pot was broken (Sea Coast brought us a new one). There is carpet on the deck (why?) so when its wet you track all that into the condo. There was no grill on the property so you either have to bring your own or "rent" one from somewhere. Overall I would not bring my family here again. This property was too expensive and there are plenty of other options for that kind of money.

At the Beach
At the Beach
We liked the property, but there were some issues. We did not have water on Tuesday from about 10:30am to 10:pm. The water was again shut off the next day for a few hours. Also, I wish I had known that there was construction next door which included pile driving.

This place is very dirty and old. Needs to be renovated. Not worth the money.

Place is old, dirty, smells. Mattresses are worn out, rugs are so dirty you don't even want to walk on them. There are bugs everywhere. Shower curtain was nasty. Sofa in the living room is terrible, so old and hard to believe anyone would still even have that and rent it out. Do not rent this place.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved access to the beach. The rug on balcony was black with mold and bumpy in places causing a trip hazard which was addressed. A lot of palmetto bugs for the first three nights which was distressing. Found only three more rest of stay. While the facility was clean the bedding and sofa appeared dingy, especially the sofa. A good upholstery cleaning is needed.
