We liked the location of the property in this historic district of Naples. We are 70 years old and in very good shape. If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place to be; or with balance issues. The streets to get here are all cobblestone and our good footwear was a must. I never did put on my cute sandals here.
The staff was lovely! Both Sara & Michaela were helpful, knowledgable, & very kind. Our room was being cleaned when we arrived, and the staff took our luggage & made us comfortable with sweets & coffee after such a long journey. The room was very clean and suited our stay perfectly, with a very delicious breakfast the next morning. We had everything we needed.

The staff is wonderful every single one of them
The towels are a little frayed and the black walls dated. The pillows on the bench on the landing require change. It reflects poorly on the place.
