Big room with a fireplace and views of the mountains. Staff was very helpful in showing us places to go with directions. Although we had to climb some steps, the room was close to parking and also walking distance to many restaurants and sights.
Ran out of hot water two times for our party of three. Expensive for the room and value but Canmore is expensive and we did book last minute. Also, there is a train that runs behind the room that didn't bother us. Good windows and earplugs provided, which we didn't need.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly.
There’s nothing i don’t like about the property but Canmore is a bit far from everything 😅 and is a quiet town with nothing much to explore. The property itself is excellent!

Clean. Great location.
There is a railway just behind the lodge, so it's very noisy when the cargo train passes. Also, surprisingly there is no breakfast! The staff was not very helpful, whatever we asked we got not much help!
