it was adequate but lacked basic expectations

it was 27 degrees in our room all night and we were mocked for asking about the AC. As well the pull out couch was broken but that was acceptable even though we had to pay extra for having our kids with us.

Dated, deceiving photos, won’t be back

Staff were friendly! games room was fun.

The photos are deceiving they show a pool area that is that of the neighbouring hotel Grande Rockies, not the actual hotel so you have to walk outside and into the other hotel to access the pool. our room was tiny and dated, ripped sheets, stained towels, caved in bed.. and the second bed was broken and completely unusable. at 11 pm after someone eventually coming to try to fix it we had to relocate rooms only to check out by 10 am.. disappointing experience was not worth the money.

If we could get a bigger bed in a cooler room we would stay there again.

Excellent location. Great water pressure in the shower. Good little kitchenette. We saw a whole herd of elk when we first arrived. Underground parking was good.

The bed was not comfortable and was only a double. Our room was very hot, even with the window open and the box fan running.

A perfect place for a one night stay. Our toddler loved the pool and we appreciated the kitchen appliances.

Access to a kids pool and hot tub. Walking distance to downtown Canmore.

this is a nicely located property with (if you’re lucky) amazing Mountain views from the room and also has underground parking which is very nice during cold weather

it is not mentioned on the listings that you have to walk across the parking lot, outside, to get to the so-called water park and restaurant we also got a room with a broken, unusable, dilapidated pull-out couch, the boys had to sleep on the floor

Okay but the worst bed I've slept in in Canada.

The room was clean and had a small living room area, that was nice.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, very soggy, it sank in inches. I had to sleep on the sofa. And in the kitchen, the electric outlets didn't work. We had to move the appliances around the room to use them. Nonsense. And no one picked up the phone when we wanted to call the reception to get the socket problem ixed.

Very good

Can cook and the room had a vacuum, fan and more. It's almost I feel at home. We can park our vehicle at their underground parking. It might it was not busy time of a year. I am not sure if we can or can't.

Great place. Underground parking was great as there was a snow storm during our stay.

Misleading ad on Booking.com You have to walk across the parking lot to a separate resort to use the pool. It was - 32 when we stayed.

amazing stay if 3 nights. loved Canmore

10 minutes walk from town centre. lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. staff very friendly and helpful. accommodation excellent , we were upgraded to a condo with all facilities. price very reasonable. we loved it.

Terrible service. Late night hoovering. Would not stay again

The beds and under ground parking was good. Great location

The rooms weren’t very clean, the iron board was broken, no coffee top ups. There was no service to tidy the rooms or take bins out. The cleaning team were hoovering at 11pm, when asked to stop the hoovering continued for another 10mins. Good value for money but would not book again.

Good location and for 2 days was fine but would not recommend a longer stay.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious although very dated. Could use updating. Under ground parking was nice.

Overall we didn't get the feeling anyone was happy we were there. Information was hard to come by on the facility. Pool and hot tub could use some cleaning. Just think the area we were in was the older section.

Water slide was awesome. Staff were nice. But bed was uncomfortable 😕.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hallway had wierd smell.

Stay was okay, hotels generally have garbage emptied and coffee refilled daily. We did not get that

It would have been nice to have even a bit of housekeeping. Also, once the office closed we couldn’t get back into the building.

Passable

That pool and hot tub were in another building across the lane. At the pool are no changing facilities, no hooks, shelf’s, chairs etc to put personal belongings. Neither were bathrobes provides. The first night we walked over fully dressed - with absolutely no where to put our belongings. The second night we walked in bathing suits with our winter jackets on top!!!
