Staff was wonderful, restaurant was great, location great
We stayed at the adjacent building of the property, instead of the main lodge. Walking in, it looked like a hospital room. From the smell, to the bright white lights. Bathroom was updated

Location. The food offering was excellent
Reception staff have some work to do on how they welcome guests and provide information and directions.
Rules are important but more emphasis on guests needs and wants please.
We booked before you changed some arrangements not a good policy on your part to change things without rewarding guests.
The beds were below par.
In general I did not get the impression that guests come first.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It had a fridge and. Microwave
It was a pet friendly room but no pet amenities. The bedding was all white! No additional blanket to put on the bed. It rained the whole time we were there so foot prints were inevitable.
We were staying 2 nights. 2 guests There was 1 coffee pod. 1 decaffeinated coffee pod and 2 tea pods. Not good.
Rules were clear 10pm to 8am quiet time. We were woken at 6am by the people above us sliding things across the floor, walking back and forth, flushing toilet NUMEROUS times.
