Location, location, location! A short walk from the ferry and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and the pillows were so fluffy! The outdoor seating area was nice!
Upon check in, it would have been helpful to have gone over the amenities offered and where they are located, notification that a hold was going to be placed on my card, and it would have been most helpful to be shown on a map or in person where my room was located. It was not in the main building and I was simply told to go up the street and take a right.

great location and the staff was very friendly
our suite backed up to a bar that was so loud both nights, our family couldn’t fall asleep til they closed at 1am. we also had to request room service and called several times to get our room cleaned. for such a pricey place, cleaning should be included

Great location, easy walk from the ferry port and to all the restaurants.
Run down, in need of a paint job and refresh on accessories/cushions/curtains. Little care to ensure outside areas/communal spaces look refreshed each day Does not look like the pictures.
Staff are fine, they are basically all students on exchange or temp workers so limited knowledge when it comes to recommendations etc.
Ultimately overpriced for the standard of the building and level of customer service.
