It was clean, and the staff members were friendly
There was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. Like a sewer problem, maybe.

It was big rooms, nice beds, staff was very nice.
They didn't have but 1 room with a walk in shower. Make more rooms but only use for people like myself. The bathroom floors were slippery. The rug was a very thin towel. Not enough grab bars. Bathroom shower seat would have helped.
Make rooms more for handicap people. Extra stuff people can request when they get there.
Smoke free hotel but people smoked in the parking area. I use oxygen so it made it hard leaving.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
Our room was disgusting! The sheets were dirty and the shower was very dirty! There was hair everywhere! The only reason why I gave a 5 is the staff was very nice and helpful.
