Very nice room. The decor was classy; excellent cleanliness.
Three minor nits: (1) I wanted to write a note to myself, and there was no pen/paper in the room. I guess that's "old fashioned"? (2) I didn't seem to have too much control over the heat/ac unit. "Fan high" and "fan low" both appeared to blow the same amount. (3) A sign at the front desk indicated that the hotel was pet-friendly in designated rooms, "with a $25 fee." I wasn't traveling with my dog on this trip, but I'll be taking her along on another journey along the same route in a few weeks. If your dog is clean and there are no accidents, why should there be a fee? Annoying.

Close proximity to country side GA and city side GA… staff very nice upon check in and check out.
Beds are stiff literally felt like laying on straight boxspring but if you like that it’s your preference.

Good location for a one night stop on road trip. Easy to get to from highway. They allow dogs.
Property is very old. Room was damp and musty. Air conditioner and fridge were very noisy throughout the night.
