I requested a receipt at checkout. I was given a receipt that had my name and room number. The credit card listed was Mastercard (I do not have a Mastercard). The amount was not correct. I explained thjis to the person and was told that's what we have...no further effort or explanation. I was able to get a proper receipt from hotels.com but there is something wrong at that location.

After Driving for 15 hours, this location was perfect for us to grab some dinner nearby and get a comfortable rest before heading to our vacation destination.

Front desk was friendly at check in. Rooms are clean. Good value for the price. We got to our room just in time for the Big 10 tournament and we had a big tv to watch it on. :-)

This place needs better signage! We had a hard time finding it. However the place is very nice. Very clean. And the woman at the desk was very helpful with an internet problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Manager was very helpful. Only issue is that the hotel needs better signage. Very hard to recognize. Hot breakfast was very good. Get directions for address on phone.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Our 2nd visit to this hotel and they was working on the outdoor patio are 1 year ago. Was very cold so i asked the front desk for the key to turn on firepit. Nope. We don't use it due to danger to kids playing with it. I reminded him there was only 5 cars in the lot and no kids. Still no. Why did u build it!

Very few guests on New Year's Day. Everything was great! We were wakened by the garbage truck in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it was fine.

Stopped here just to sleep and get some rest. Beds and pillows are comfortable and it is quiet even though we got the room by elevator we had a good night sleep. But it is dirty and needs more attention to cleaning floors and bathrooms.

I was surprisingly really disappointed with this stay. We arrived around midnight just to get a quick 5-6 hours of sleep before hitting the road again the next day. So we ultimately just needed a clean place to crash for the night. I paid extra to get a nicer room and in hindsight wish I would have spent the money elsewhere. Upon arriving there were stains on our bed sheets. Really prefer not to know what the stains were from and thankfully the lady at the front desk was nice enough to get us brand new sheets so late in the night. The pillow on the couch in our room had a dark brown stain right in the middle of it. Again, don’t want to know where this came from either. Also, there was a small amount of blood stain on our bathroom mirror and also by the bathroom light switch. I’m not sure how all these things were missed together in one room but I can’t imagine this is the customer experience you’d be proud advertising. This doesn’t even include the sticky stain (spilled coffee?) on the floor by the elevator in the lobby that was there when we arrived and still there when we left after breakfast the next morning. I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.

Front desk friendly. 2 parties traveling together and both rooms had non functional sink stoppers STUCK DOWN. Had to brush teeth and spit in toilet. Carpet under padding uneven and causes unbalanced feeling while walking.

The in-room refrigerator had a broken foot, wobbled when we tried to open it, and was dirty when we arrived. The microwave was not just dirty but left a sticky residue on my hand when I touched the door! I was concerned about using the bathroom after that and then the toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall and the baseboards were dirty. Not the best stay in room 204!

Very friendly staff, beds were comfortable, clean, A/C was a little noisy when it cuts on. Bathroom could use some attention to the wall next to the shower. Breakfast was good. Gentlemen working at check in made me coffee and was very accommodating.

We had a long day driving, like 12-13 hours, and arrived arnd 10pm. The attendant at the front desk was super friendly. The motel was clean and looked pretty new. The room was clean, and I even had a desk for my work. Also, the internet was super, until the next morning right before we left, when it was offline; so I had to tether off my phone to finish. That wasn’t too bad tho. The breakfast was better than average. They had 2 of those cast iron flip waffle irons, scrambled eggs, and then the usual - yogurt, fruit, toast, sausage biscuits to microwave, cereal. I was glad to have the protein, and the coffee was good. We were overall pleased with our last minute choice, as we literally booked it a few hours beforehand. And the price was really reasonable. I wd definitely go there again, if I am in the area.

The handicapped room was very nice. Set up well with everything needed. One of the best handicapped rooms I’ve been in.
