Avoid this place at all costs

Not a single thing

The area was horrific The staff was literally BEHIND GLASS in the lobby! the room was absolutely disgusting! A huge gap in the door. Smelled dusty and damp. All we heard was beer bottles and partying all night

It was a decent room for the price. Clean. Was happy until we found the bugs in the morning. :-/

$95 for a room that smelled. Stains on sheets. No coffee pot in the room. Shower did not work properly. Breakfast no thanks. Very disappointed to have.paid so much money for a room that I could have gotten at super 8 or motel 6 for LESS money. Not worth the $95. Will not recommend.

Best Western Macon

The location was good because we were just stopping on the way to Florida. There was a hot breakfast. The beds were decent.

The waffle maker wasn't operating right, causing the waffles to not cook completely. The staff went to clean the room before we checked out and poured out our soda. The pool area was a dirty green color and extremely hot to the point chlorine was burning your eyes just sitting in there.

the rooms had a musty smell. very clean you can see where it had been remodeled recently staff was very nice and helpful. I have stayed here before.

Exceptional

Everything, I really don't have a negative thing to say. Everything was immaculate and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good, hot breakfast...eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy... Very nice.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The room was clean. The breakfast selection was very good, frome scrambled eggs, to waffles, fruits, yogurt juices

Check in, is available starting at 2, we arrived at 430 and the room the put us in was still being cleaned.

Fine for passing through while travelling.

Hotel was near the highway. They accommodated attached rooms to our group. Able to get our rooms early after travelling 15 hours.

Got to our early, rooms were empty thankfully But charged us 30.00 cash only for each room to get in early. Pool area was a bit sketchy but the kids enjoyed it. No replenished towels in the pool area. Breakfast options were good but when we arrived at 8:00 there was nothing left and very slow to restock food. The neighbour itself was sketchy. Had several people approach us in the parking lot. Had to unpack our entire vehicles as we we nervous someone would break in.

ROACHES. called us a liar and refused refund even tho we was there only few mins and showed them bug

ROACHES. Was in the room less than 30 mins and seen 3 roaches. Told the front desk. He called me a liar. Sent “maintenance” to my room who was an older foreign couple in their 80s who spoke minimal English. They sent us back to front desk where he argued with us again. He refused to refund us even tho we was there less than 30 mins and we showed maintenance the crushed roach we stepped on, on the floor.

It's the best since I've been in Macon

It's quiet I don't have to worry about noise the cleanest and I don't have to worry about hearing gunshots or the police every 5 minutes

They that the housekeepers just walk up in your room without asking
