It is an extremely clean and well-appointed apartment in a quad building. Everything was available for cooking and we particularly enjoyed having a washer/dryer! It was so pleasant coming back after a day of playing in Bend and Smith Rock. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect for local restaurants, and outdoor activities. The place is so cute, and does not leave you wanting for anything. The attention to detail is perfect, from the well appointed kitchen to extra blankets and towels. We will be back!!

Unit was in a fabulous location, clean and comfortable. Nice off street parking and storage unit that would fit a pair of bikes and gear if needed. Kitchen was overstocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. Everything you can think of. Krups coffee maker, and French press. No spices or cooking incidentals but all kitchen gadgets/hardware you can think of. Unit 2 is in back and is very quiet. No street noise at all. Definitely will book again and again.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Property is at a safe locations and a shot walk from downtown. Amenities were as listed. Emily was easy to communicate and coordinate with.

We just came from one of the worst rentals ever to this Oasis !!! Location - right up from river and trail access . We were able to walk to everything in the Mill District and Downtown Bend. Trail was great for running and walking. The rental itself was superb! So many wonderful little touches and amenities. Clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again

Growing up in Bend, we were leary about all the rentals that had sprung up over the last several years. This unit was comfortable, very clean, well stocked and quiet. A good surprise we didn’t know about was a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is well appointed and provides coffee, but nothing else in the way of common cooking or ingredients.
We were close enough to walk to the river and several craft breweries. Highly recommend floating the river on a warm day!

Perfect for Amphitheater Concerts
The place was great! Clean, well-equipped, and great access to the river, Old Mill District, and the amphitheater. We had a fantastic experience all around. Will definitely return.

Great Things In A Small Package
We loved staying here!! It is very clean, very comfortable and everything we needed or wanted was there for us. Nestled within walking distance to Old Bend and the Old Mill areas you could walk to eat, to shop or just to enjoy the trail along the Deschutes river. Would stay here again for sure. A great place for a couple to enjoy their time in and around Bend.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a concert. It was a great location, walkable to both downtown and the old mill district. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend!

This place was so amazing! Very clean and the decor was beautiful! My sister and I loved just sitting and looking at the decor. The couch made a comfortable bed too. Would definitely stay here again!

Gem of a Stay
My husband and I enjoyed our second stay in this wonderful property. It is clean, nicely appointed and well furnished. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of room for hanging or folded garments. We especially love the location - easily walkable to downtown or the Old Mill District, and Jackson's Corner is just a couple houses down the street! We stay here any time it is available when we come to Bend.
