The house was perfect for our anniversary getaway. My only complaint/suggestion would be to invest in a better and maybe a little bigger smart tv in the living room. Although the tv was “smart” it was extremely slow to stream anything. Other than the tv, we would definitely stay here again

Emily’s condo is cozy, cheery and a great location … close to downtown, The Old Mill District, hiking trailheads and more. Very clean with all the amenities you might need. We stayed two nights and definitely will stay here again if we return to the area.

The house was perfect place for my husband and me to enjoy exploring Bend! The location is so convenient to walk to downtown Bend, Old Mill District, etc. The house was also very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was comfortable, very clean, and fit our needs perfectly for the few days we were there. It was within walking distance of restaurants which was helpful too. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any couple traveling to Bend.

We have stayed in these units several times and we are never disappointed! You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everywhere! The units are always very clean, they stay cool in the summer, and have comfortable beds. We come back every year, sometimes multiple times a year if we are lucky and a unit is available. Communication with Emily is a breeze and she is always so helpful. Can’t wait for our next trip!

We cannot say enough about our stay. Emily is a wonderful hostess! Her property was exactly as stated and she is quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very clean and well taken care of, down to the last detail. The home was comfortable and cozy. The location was spot on and we barely had to move the car because we walked everywhere. We will definitely be using this home again!

We had a great time at Emily’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. We were able to walk right down to the river, to the concert at the amphitheater and to all the restaurants.

Fantastic location and very clean. Parking is easy and plentiful. Great breakfast spot across the street. Sidewalks make it easy to walk downtown or to the Old Mill.

This is a great spot to stay in the Bend area! It is very close to Old Town and just a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown Bend. The unit had everything you'd need while away from home. Laundry was a huge plus and so was the off-street parking. Communication was great and check-in was simple! I would recommend this unit to friends and family when visiting Bend.

This property is in the heart of Bend and made it easy to enjoy the area. The space is well furnished, clean and kept up to date. Plenty of space for the two of us to stay and to have my son and his girlfriend, who live in Bend, visit us. Communication was great and the property is well described. This is such an amazing rental unit in the heart of Bend. The unit is a short 5-10 minute walk to absolutely everything imaginable and only a short 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor. Perfect for a group of two and tons of parking around back of the property! 10/10 recommend!

This was our first visit to Bend and everything about our stay was great! This townhome has every amenity your own home has, is very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed & pillows were super comfortable! The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants & shopping and is very close to downtown Bend. Any questions were quickly answered by Emily. This property has four units and we have now stayed in two of them. These units are well cared for and very clean. Everything you could want is provided, including towels and a tote bag to take to the river. When booking, try for a unit in the back, they have much less road noise.

It was the first trip to Bend for my wife and me. The property was perfect for us and the location was great. We walked downtown along the River and straight down Broadway on the way back. Bend is a definite return trip for us next year and we plan an extended stay with you again!

Great location near the river with a breakfast/ lunch place just down the block. We were able to easily walk downtown and to the Hayden Homes Arena for Bonnie Riatt. Walked to shopping and dinner in the mill district.

We loved our stay at this adorable property. The apartment (condo?) was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect! Once we arrived we didn't use our car once! We could walk to the tubing location, to downtown, to the river, and to all the breweries, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It was wonderful! My only recommendation (and this is being picky), would be for the owner to add window darkening curtains (or similar) in the bedroom, as it is very bright in the early morning, and with a street lamp outside. Otherwise, everything was just perfect. We would stay here again and recommend. :)

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect for a couple or a single traveler like me. Great location, and Bend itself is a really cool place to explore in the summer. Already booked for next year. You can walk to downtown, and there is a cool bar/restaurant scene down there.

I loved this VRBO. It was very cute, clean and every amenity was available. It was very quiet and close to many stores and the river. The hostess was responsive and accomodating and very nice. The only thing I can say is road the VRBO is on was pretty narrow and lots of traffic. If I stay in Bend again I will definitely consider this VRBO.
