Take the cooler along too and stock it with your favorite beverages and snacks. Walk in the white sand or just sit in the sun or under the umbrella and let the breeze blow in your hair! Surf, swim and build sand castles! Just recently remodeled! This condo is your home away from home and beachfront enjoyment at its best! You will feel like a king! Take a nap in the big King Size bed or watch the flat screen bedroom TV! Send the kids to their room to enjoy a movie on their flat screen with a DVD player! Nice comfy twin beds to have them sleeping soundly in no time! Or bring along your favorite couple and they can put the two twins together to make another King Size bed! You can enjoy cooking your own home cooked meals with the well stocked kitchen or you can try some of the nearby restaurants, including a nearby breakfast and family style restaurant just a short walk from your door. This condo has easy access since it is on the second floor. You can park near the stairs and run up a short flight of stairs and be right at your door. Or you can ride the elevator. This unit is near the pool and has a lovely pool view. You can sit on the balcony and watch the family swim. You can look out the sliding doors and enjoy the view while you recline on the sofa. Beautiful modern designer colors and beautiful greenery brighten up the interior! The location is perfect! You can walk or drive to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the pier, or having a drink at the Tiki Hut at the end of the pier. The pier has 4 restaurants/bars. Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop along with other shops will help you pick out some exciting souvenirs to take along home! There is a mall about 5-8 minutes drive away and some Outlet stores and Walmart and Target. Then Orlando is 45 minutes away with Florida Mall or Millennium Mall for a meal at the Cheesecake Factory. Don't leave without a visit to one of Orlando's famous Theme Park visits! The choices are endless even if you choose to just sit around all day on the beach! Spanish Main Condominium is especially friendly to condo renters. The grounds are spacious an include a large heated pool that was recently refinished. It is absolutely beautiful and creates a most relaxing atmosphere! There is a large open space separating the complex from the road so you feel private on the grounds. Yet is close to walk to nearby hotels, restaurants and parks. Outside near the pool is a charcoal grill that is available for your use. The beach walk-way has a shower and water hoses along with a bench to make it easy to go to the beach and come back and rinse off!

Everything was as described or better. Good communication, great view, close to pool, close to ocean, perfect location, clean, large, plenty of sand and beach play things. Highly recommend. Just a heads up. Late December stay, pool was not heated or heated very little.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, nice location, not a crowded beach, and did I say clean!! Loved the beach equipment and cooler. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Pool area is very well taken care of. The Whisk and Grind next door is an excellent restaurant and coffee shop. The barista, Steven, is so personable and fun to talk to. I would definitely stay here again!!

This condo is great. Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Only cons are the master mattress is hard and the master bathroom shower pressure is low. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in an excellent location and came nicely appointed with everything we needed, including towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc (which meant less packing for us). It’s only a few steps to the beach (where our daughter surfed her first wave) and less than 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The guidebook in the condo provided recommendations to some great local restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Everything was perfect! Communication was smooth and easy. Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed, even chilled beer glasses in the freezer! The beach was not busy in this location, which we loved. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. We had a great time and I would definitely stay here again. 😊

Location is good. Beach is clean and quiet. Pool is packed with vacationers, but who needs a pool when the Atlantic ocean is steps away. Close to restaurants, groceries, and liquor store. Would stay again.

Close to the beach! Second story walk up with a balcony that overlooks the pool and the ocean. Comfortable space for our family of 4. Door dash and grocery delivery. Food and grocery stores close by. Couches and recliner were comfy. Laundry was useful. Walk to the beach was easy. Lovely views! Enjoyed our stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect for us. The only issue was the elevator was down for most of our stay, but that wasn’t the owners fault. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay her again.

Comfortable condo, well appointed. Everything I needed to cook my dishes for a Thanksgiving meal. Super easy access to the beach where we were able to view a shuttle launch and do a daily runs. Walking distance to "downtown" shops and more. Loved staying here. Thank you!

The property and the entire Cocoa Beach area remind me of going to the beach when I was a kid in the 70's. The entire Spanish Main property is neat, clean and very well maintained. The condo was up to date, clean and beyond our expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. Stephanie was easy to reach and answered any and all questions that I had. We will definitely return and this condo will be the one we look to book!
