Would have no problem with staying at another time.

All very pleasant

We had a kettle with coffee etc, but it was just for one day only, every day would have made it more enjoyable.

C'an Alexandre Palma - good but small bedrooms

Generally we really like this hotel. It really is a traditional style, boutique hotel with a good vibe and a warm welcome. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were beautiful - top quality. The breakfast was excellent. A wide selection of lovely fruits and cereals and hot foods such as omlettes were available. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Based on location and quality, we would recommend and stay here again. However, depending on the type of trip, the bedroom size would be a consideration.

We were quite surprised it was smaller than we thought; it's a good central location, but we were concerned when we arrived as there are quite a few run down builldings and businesses nearby. The bedrooms are very small - we had 2 large suitcases with us and the room felt really tiny, especially the bathroom area.

Perfektes Hotel für einen City Trip

Das Welcome und alle Angestellte sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, der öffentliche Verkehr liegt in der Nähe und die Einkaufsstrassen auch.

Leider waren unsere Zimmer zum Platz und zur Strasse hinaus. Der Lärm nachts war leider erhöht. Es gibt auch Zimmer die zum Innenhof schauen und ich denke, dass diese Zimmer ruhiger sind.

Všetko! Personál bol milý a nápomocný, umožnili nám nechať si u nich kufre aj po check-oute. Raňajky boli skvelé, s veľkým výberom pečiva, ovocia a zeleniny, šunky, syrov, marmelád, vajec a iných dobrôt, vrátane veľmi dobrej kávy. Lokalita bola fantastická, pešia dostupnosť do centra aj na pláž. Proste super.

Little boutique gem that is walking distance from everything

Beautifully renovated and restored with tasteful decor. Rooms were well proportioned and our superior room had a large sun terrace.

Nothing really but a pool would be lovely for stays during the warmer months

Stylish, super clean, great location, great staff

Stylish decoration, very comfortable. Extremely clean - we did lots of checking around the bed area due to bed bug issue in Europe right now and it was spotless - no dust at all under or behind bed! We booked the room with terrace - no view but nice to have outdoor space and room was very spacious.

Barn door on bathroom doesn’t provide enough privacy in the bedroom/bathroom - pretty but not practical

El servicio de desayuno era muy bueno. Variado y fresco. Las habitaciones eran amplias y silenciosas Parking cerca de pago

Hace falta una limpieza profunda en las zonas altas de la habitación y en los techos. Teníamos incluso telas de araña La ubicación aunque era céntrica, no era muy “buena” por los vecinos … pero no tuvimos ningún altercado

主要の駅からも近く裏に百貨店や飲食店も多くあり大変便利だった。部屋や設備も綺麗だったし、スタッフも皆優しくて最高でした。

部屋に置いてあるディフューザーの香りが苦手でした。

Mooi,gezellig, Top Locatie

heel vriendelijk personeel het buffet was top en meer dan genoeg keuze . Locatie een topper net in het centrum .Het hotel zeer mooi en zeer goed onderhouden .Een klein - min puntje de slaapkamers aan de straat kant hebben wat hinder door s'nachts het werken van de vuilkar en s'morgens leveringen enz... ,soms dakloze mensen die in de buurt daar slapen maken ook hinder ... en dan vindt ik de kamer wat duur voor die zijde die zou minder mogen kosten ! De garage was een correcte prijs om er dag en nacht te staan als je er bent en zeker omdat het midden in de stad was .

Hotel bonito, céntrico y cómodo

La ubicación está fenomenal, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de Palma. El desayuno estaba bueno y abundante. La cama era de un colchón duro, pero se dormía muy bien.

Quizás un poco de calor en general en el hotel, estaba puesta la calefacción muy alta. En la habitación la quitamos para dormir. En el desayuno habría estado bien algo de chocolate, que no había nada.

Fab hotel in great location - will stay again!

Check in was done before arriving, so time spent with reception was minimal, but told us everything weneeded to know. Room with balcony was beautiful, lovely shower room, everything VERY clean, good storage. Position was very close to good transport links, but also very close to old town and all sights

Only slight issue was mattress had a protector, so felt very hot. Cooled down through the night. Still slept very well

Very good

We arrived after-hours (around 1am), but they provided instructions on how we can get into the hotel/get our keys which was exceptionally convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel location, clean room.

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are clean and tidy.

The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, and we constantly heard noise from the corridor. Very uncomfortable pillows.
