The window was loosened, which made us horrified

The receptionists were friendly and helpful most of the time

The window was open when we returned from dinner, although we locked it before going outside. That was really horrible. So we had to move to another room before midnight due to security concern. And the new room was downgraded. We believe the windows were loosen in the first place. At the very first day, we already realised that the windows were open easily. But the hotel think that wasn't their fault and didn't pay back the difference to us. And they didn't even say SORRY, which was really ashamed.

The location of the hotel was good, the room was clean and nice .

1. They didn't offer us a parking space. 2. Very bad soundproofing, you could hear any movement. the neighbors danced all night, and in the morning at 7:00 in the next room they started to change the furniture. I had a sleepless night and couldn't even sleep in the morning. Very hard and rough mattresses, pillows and bed sheets.

I only issue was with the AC, which was blowing into my bed directly, so during the night was a bit too cold.

Not as good as expected

Excellent location. Smart.

It was very noisy from the outside, the patio door may as well not have been there as it made no difference open or closed. Never slept at all. There was a park outside the hotel and people sat there all night shouting at each other! And during the day it seems to be a kindergarten with children playing football kicking the ball at the hotel wall! The air conditioning was unavailable for some reason, I never got to the bottom of why this was, I paid for it so I should have it. We had to prop the door into the passage to get some cool air flowing in. The first room we had the toilet was broken! No seat! The shower is in the middle of the room and half of the glass is not even frosted! No privacy at all. No extractor fan! Not good.

Beautifully designed and well equipped apartment . Would highly recommend a visit

great finishing touches , lots of thought put in to make sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed . wonderful , quirky communal areas and very professional and friendly staff .

The only thing I would say another bin could be useful in the room .

A unique place in the heart of Palma

The location is perfect for visiting Palma. It's a lovingly restored textile factory, and the interior space is a mix of antique and modern, very special and unique. Lovely library / lounge on the ground floor. The studio apartments are large and beautifully designed, with high end furnishings, linens and efficient kitchenette. Fil Suites are perfect for a short getaway to Palma. Staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful. Mattias working there even gave my husband bike route suggestions; the people working there go above and beyond to help the guests. We wish we could have stayed longer. Close to plenty of good restaurants and easy walk to many tourist sites. Best rooms are the ones facing the square on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The cleanliness And beautiful smell in every part of the hotel, The location was really close to the main shopping streets of Palma, And the restaurants and cafes close by were plentiful. Our favourite was to turn right out the back of the hotel (Trees and park) side Follow the street to the end Turn left and a few steps on your left is a fabulous cake and coffee shop. You walk on a glass floor and see the bakers kitchen below. Fantastic to see. Order what you want and it's taken upstairs for you to a lovely seating area.

Apartments were beautiful and well appointed - couldn't fault them. V comfy beds! Luxurious and lovely with everything you could need. Nice staff too . Shopping street v near and easy walk to sights

Surrounding area felt a bit dodgy at night , dark alleyways, tons of grafitti and dodgy characters on street corners. Fine if youre a couple but wouldn't have felt safe as a single female walking around. If you are taxi ing it'd be ok ☺️

Too hot in apartment, even in late November, a shame

The apartment is big, modern, clean, spacious. If the aircon was operating we would stay here regularly, but it was just uncomfortably hot.

Room 33 is VERY hot, even in late November…… The aircon is switched off for winter, which is an admirable thing to do for the environment but leaves guests uncomfortable…….we were given a fan, this helped, but was noisy & it is unpleasant trying to sleep with air blowing on you. Even though it was fairly cool & rainy outside we had to have the windows wide open & the fan on…….having the windows open is problematic too, because the apartment is overlooked by the apartments opposite. For this reason, we would not stay again

Highly recommend if you want a good room and basic self catering. Great decor, beds, shower.

Beautiful common area, nice rooms, well located.

Despite rooms not being serviced everyday, new filtered water and coffee pods/tea, and dry towels would be a nice touch. It was fairly loud at night but not too much of an issue. No channel to watch the football world cup.

Great location, very clean and roomy & very nice staff!

Great location right in the town center. Short walking distance to airport bus. Nice air conditioning & wonderful restaurants close by. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

There was some noise from other guests in the court yard. Soundproofing the windows would be great. Finding the entrance to the building could be easier, but is manageable

Very good

The architecture of the property was amazing, good location and the staff working there were very friendly and helpful.

Room was quite hot even during November, we couldn’t seem to get the aircon to work in the evening.

Design and ambience are super. staff are lovely and helpful. beautifully clean everywhere.

our room had good facilities but we could have done with a small saucepan 😁 hard to heat the milk for coffee in big casserole!! but no criticism really.
