You can find us nestled between the ocean sands of the Gulf of Mexico, an all day suntan affair and the quiet waters of the Corpus Christi Bay where great fishing can land you the catch of the day, tasty sheepshead, drums and more! Luxuriously furnished with our guests utmost comfort and enjoyment in mind, including hotel quality linens to make your stay serene. Where we differ from large management companies is our finishing, we do extra things that make your stay stress free, like furnishing beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, ice chests, BBQ grill, games, coffee and flexibility. This unit offers secluded outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the balmy ocean breezes. Choose from our private patio area where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and grill up your fresh catch, or sit back and relax on our second story balcony, unwind after a fun filled day at the beach, watch the magnificent moon rise while you listening to the sounds of the waves planting kisses on the shore.

We thoroughly enjoying this property. It was well stocked with pans that were not all scratched up. Plenty of good quality beach towels and bath towels. Great location. My only complaint was the master bed. It was way to soft with a couple of foam mattress toppers added. I felt like I was sleeping in a hole but not a deal breaker! The interaction with the host was 5 stars. I would highly recommend this condo. We normally rent at the beach club condos, but we will definitely try this condo out again. Thank you for a great visit.

This place was incredible. We couldn't ask for a more convenient location to the beach (rented a golf cart down the road which made it super easy to get back and forth). Plenty of parking and about 20 steps to the pool. The upstairs loft area was larger in person than we thought, and the kids enjoyed hanging out up there a lot of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in great working condition. The garage was FULL of beach goodies too - you really don't need to bring a thing other than sunscreen and bathing suits! We will definitely be back!!

The layout of the property was nice but we were disappointed with some things. The overall feel of the property was very much that of a rental that no one really cares for. The condiments and whatnot that were there for “our use” were long passed their expiration dates (eg 2020). There were half full bottles of shampoo and body soap; although I appreciate the thoughtfulness of that being available, it felt off using someone else’s leftovers. It property was clean to a minimum standard.

Wonderful time at Sea La Vie! Everything was exactly as the description states! Short walk to the beach, 5 min, to a nearby restaurant, 3 min. Or you can drive to the beach which is even easier! Our pup had a great time on the beach and so many nearby restaurants are dog friendly! Condo is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Neatha is thoughtful and quick to answer if you have a question. Wonderful experience, will stay here again if we return to Corpus Cristi.

Sea La Vie is a beautifully decorated townhouse a short walk from a public beach on the Island. The house was clean, very well furnished/stocked for our family and a couple friends to have a great week. The hosts were kind and provided all we needed. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the beach parking lot, about halfway between two direct-access beach drives. There were lovely areas to walk and play, a neighborhood pool, close to a number of restaurants and other activities. A couple days we drove the family back through Corpus to visit the Aquarium and other museums, less than 30 minutes away. We would definitely come back again!

This is the beach house to stay at! Clean, clean, clean! I have been doing vrbos since 2009, and this was once of the cleanest, best stocked houses ever. The owners know what they are doing. Little things like strong hooks in the master bath, soap/shampoo dispensers, lots of beach towels and extra bedding, dishwasher tabs, lots of great cooking utensils + appliances, fun cocktail cups, beach accessories galore (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, sand toys, inflatables), hose outside to rinse, electric blower to blow out sand from the car, extra propane tanks, clean grill. Place is better than what pictures show. Excellent location to beach, store, gas station. Already recommended this place to other family members. I would stay again. Highly recommend.

Everything was well supplied and worked wonderfully. We really enjoyed the large dining table as some of the rentals only have small tables and with 6 in our group everyone could eat without being crowded. The private patio was nice for BBQ and evening drinks. Loved the grill! Steaks were perfect! Bedrooms were large and roomy and got my workout as they are all upstairs. At first I was disappointed that the master wasn't downstairs but realized very quickly, I needed to run up some stairs more often. The "game room" was a great idea and kept the kids busy when they weren't in the pool or on the beach. One thing I would like to bring to everyone's attention is that parking is compact car/small truck friendly. We had full sized trucks so it was a little tight but definitely not a deal killer!

The townhome was just a short drive to the beach and very clean. We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay as we traveled with our dog. Online it seemed suitable for our pet and is literally the only reason we why we chose the townhome. When we got there we did not have the potty box that was supposed to be included on the back patio and there was no place for our pup to use the restroom within the property of townhomes. We had to walk our pet off of the property in search of an area that wasn’t all rock or concrete. Had we gone with just our family this place was awesome. It just wasn't very pet friendly as advertised. The owner did apologize for the discrepancy but it was too late to find another place to stay with our pet.

We enjoyed our time - property was clean and well stocked with supplies and beach gear. Close enough to walk to beach but little far of you plan on taking more than a towel or bucket of toys. The area is challenging if you have dogs that are used to grassy areas but not usual for beach areas. Hosts was excellent with all communication and it is evident they take care of this home. We would certainly book again.

This place was so well stocked… the owner was very responsive. Very close to the beach (driving was the way we went) and so close to so many amenities. The thing that sets this place apart is the quality the owners have taken with the beds, linens, towels, showers heads etc. It truly was a home away from home and we plan to Book again for next year!
