Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $307 per night is a great option for your next trip. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with direct beachfront views has been remodeled and refurnished - every amenity you desire is here waiting for you to enjoy! There is a queen-sized bed in the master with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment and private attached bathroom with walk in shower. In the guest bedroom there is a trundle bed with a full size on the top and twin on the bottom that rolls out if needed, plus a flat screen TV, too. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for any additional family members. You will stay connected with WIFI throughout the condo and a flat screen smart TV in the living room to watch movies or your favorite shows. This beach retreat is complete with all the amenities to enjoy home cooked meals with a full kitchen, newer appliances, a dining room table, bar stool seating, and a spacious open floor plan, so you can enjoy a beachfront view from the kitchen, dining area, and living room! Take strolls along the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf from your beachfront balcony, and watch the dolphins play all day. Enjoy the heated beachfront pool and grill your fresh catch and burgers out on the community barbeque grill. We provide towels and linens and even some beach towels. Full size front loader washer and dryer for your convenience. Assigned covered parking with plenty of guest parking. Beach chairs and umbrella are included for your use also. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town that boosts some fantastic restaurants within walking distance from your condo or jump on the Suncoast Trolly right outside the complex for a quick ride up and down the beach without having to drive allowing you to relax and enjoy the views. You will be able to enjoy wave runners, parasailing, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. and don't forget to stop by Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach for the nightly sunset celebrations and outdoor movies on the weekend. There are several golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, arcades shops, and water excursions. Rent boats, paddles boards, scooters on Indian Rocks Beach, or head to the waterpark just a few minutes away - so much to do you won't to go home! The location was perfect to see the beautiful sunsets on he balcony. The amenities were great. The storage room for the beach chairs and umbrellas needed cleaned out desperately. There were 3 umbrellas and all the them were broken and needed thrown out. Many of the beach chairs were broken also. Sue was kind of enough to bring us a new beach umbrella.

We had the most amazing stay at Sea Isle Villas, apartment G, a place that could easily be dubbed "The Wonders of the Golf"! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a great location, breathtaking views, and a comfortable condo made this trip truly memorable.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay in this condo! From the location to the direct gulf front view to the cleanliness of the condo to the keyless entry to the very tasteful updates in the condo...we were pleased with everything! It is definitely on our short list of places to stay again! If I HAD to choose something that was a negative, it would be that the beach chairs for the condo weren’t the best—but that certainly did not detract from our enjoyment.

This property has everything you need. Clean, comfy, all the amenities. Beach chairs, toys and beach blankets provided. We didn't have any children with us but enjoyed the pictures that previous kids had colored that were up on the wall in the second bedroom. This area of beach is on the quieter side which we prefer. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We look forward staying here next year. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. It is clean, updated, and a perfect location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and you can't get much closer to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, and glassware. Some of the beach chairs and the umbrella were a little worn out. Sand and salt do take their toll. We love this place and have booked again for next year.

Super clean, nicely decorated condo. Unlike many units I’ve stayed in, this one had a great supply of dish ware, cookware, spices, and cooking utensils. They also had an ample supply of dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, t.p., coffee filters, etc. one of the nicest features was the elevator which opened directly onto the balcony, making loading/ unloading very easy, it also provided a greater sense of security. Lovely beach & pool areas and walking distance to several restaurants. Highly recommend.

The property was really nice and quiet. Right on the beach. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was the beach supplies. The beach chairs were broken and we didn't know until we opened them to sit on the beach. Possibly time for some new chairs. Also, we got stuck with Tropical storm Nicole. Sue was very helpful in letting us stay a couple extra hours until the power came back on and the storm passed. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Sea Isles G from 7/23- 7/30, and it was a great stay for us. We let the property manager Sue know when we were to be arriving as per her email in case the unit was ready before the 4 p.m. check-in and we were able to check in early and that was GREAT! The condo was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious, master bedroom was very nice w/ full stand-up shower. The 2nd bedroom as well was nice only that the bunkbeds are quite squeaky. The 2nd bath was nice with a full bathtub. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost everything one would need which was AWESOME! There were 4 beach towels which were just the right amount for us as we were 4 guests. Also, all linens were provided as well as bath, hand and wash towels and very good quality. The views of the sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were BEAUTIFUL! It was a lovely condo and to have the elevator take you up to your floor was a BIG plus. Sue was very attentive with the only issue we had on arrival was that the AC was not cooling which was fixed the very next day. There were beach a couple of chairs we did not use as they looked kind of worn and there was an umbrella, we didn't use either so can't really give the condition of it, but we had brought our own chairs and tent anyways like we always do. We would definitely come back and stay here again on a next visit to IRB. Thank you Sue for all your help!

Family Vacation 2022
We stayed at Sea Isles G from 7/23- 7/30, and it was a great stay for us. IRB - great! Condo - hmmm!

The actual unit was very clean & modern with alot of attention to decorations. The location was perfect... not too crowded on the beach.
My constructive criticism would be...
#1 Only having 1 elevator key gets tiresome.
#2 The parking was an issue because everytime we left & came back then someone was in our spot so I suggest a sign in the garage to remind people where to park.
#3 We were not impressed with the other tenants. Someone from above us got intoxicated & naked in the pool & there was noone on site to supervise these types of things.
#4 the dumpster was not emptied while we were there so there was no room for our trash

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful gulf views and a clean and well stocked property. Our only glitch was the elevator to the balcony stopped working one day but was fixed quickly. We look forward to renting out this property again!!!
