Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $404 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to this top floor, end unit overlooking the sugary sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach, and the warm gulf waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Your dream beach vacation is waiting here at Sea Isles on Indian Rocks Beach! This unit boast two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with a spacious and open floor plan in the main gathering areas. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a TV and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed with it's own TV, too. The guest bathroom is right next to the guest bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. The main gathering space hosts the open floor plan and updated kitchen, dining space, bar stool seating, and comfortable living room- all with an incredible, beachfront view! The fully equipped kitchen has all of the little extras you would need to enjoy those savory homemade meals and snacks. There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room with surround sound system to enjoy your favorite movie or show, and free WIFI throughout the condo to keep you connected with everyone back home. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for an extra guest. Complete with linens and towels, including some beach towels, plus we also supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys so no need to pack those items! There is even a BBQ grill area shared with the complex to grill up some burgers after a long day at the beach or your fresh catch of the day. The private building elevator takes you to your balcony where you will enjoy fabulous sunset views, dolphin watching or just relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool. The condo is close to many great restaurants, some are within walking distance, or just a short drive. You also have a trolly stop close to the complex if you want to hop on a beach trolly and take a scenic view up and down the Gulf Coast without having to drive your car. Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful beach town with lots of fun things to do for the whole family. There are great little shops, local restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, things to do, and all the the things that make those wonderful beach vacation memories! You won't want your vacation to end! Visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores and IRB, too. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets. For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children. The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. There is one assigned parking spot for this unit. There is one exterior cameras on the property for the homeowners security. This unit sleeps 6 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).

Don't know where to start. Condo was amazing. Very clean and we felt right at home. The view was phenomenal from the balcony. Will miss those sunsets every night. The beds were so comfortable. Communication with Sue was awesome. Whenever we had a question we received a quick response. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommend guppys was very good.

Sea Isles I was wonderful! Not only was the condo very clean and in a great location, buy there were a lot of "consumables" already there that often are not (extra garbage bags, handsome, kitchen towels, coffee filters, basic kitchen spices). We also really liked that this condo complex overall had fewer units than most, so it was nice and quiet. An assigned parking spot under the unit was available, but they also had quite a few outdoor spaces to choose from which we needed because we had our tow vehicle (large F250) with us. This may have been my husband's favorite feature 😅

We are not people who are going to look for things to complain about or complain about things that are out of the managements control. That being said, This condo was perfect for us, elevator up and down for my in-laws, right on the beach for easy access. We had some questions for management during our 3 week stay, and they were very helpful resolving the issues.

Numerous issues with areas of the AC system and fans that were coated with dirt and dust and batteries dead. We were disappointed in the washer/dryer system that had active mold and therefore not able to use. The balcony has not been washed and evidence of previous tenant spills and large amount of hairs/debre in tracks of sliding doors. Rugs were dingy and furniture had food/drink left which we washed off. Floor lamps coated with dust. Shower stall glass in master bath not cleaned and not able to touch due to residue. Beach towels old and worn as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, most importantly the lifesaving bouy at the pool was coated with mold. This place was not cleaned before we arrived. We reported several issues to the rental company with no resolution made. We were told the previous tenant broke the AC vents (why were they not repaired) and that the inspector should have checked all batteries to fans. Not one was working! Again, health issues with mold and I came back to TN with a serious chest infection. Suspect it was from the vent that was blowing on me each night with coasts of dust.

This was a very clean and modern, beachside condo located in a low density area. The beach was never crowded and our balcony provided a great place to watch the sun set.
This property's units had private elevators from the units to the pool/beach/parking areas. The property owners provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for our use. No big resort hotels were near us. Several great resturants were within walking distance. Parking under the units kept our vehicals cool and offered easy elevator access. Our vacation was easy and carefree. We highly recommend this property!

This was a very clean and modern, beachside condo located in a low density area. The beach was never crowded and our balcony provided a great place to watch the sun set.

Loved this property and the great location! Unfortunately, we had to leave early because Hurricane Ida pushed red tide back into the Gulf side beaches. Would definitely return to this property in the future. Sue was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had or anything we needed.
