Please note: While the condo unit itself is in good condition and fully functional, some exterior repairs and common area restorations are still ongoing due to last year’s hurricane. You may notice occasional maintenance during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community completes recovery efforts.
TOP floor condo with only 9 units in the main building ON the beach WITH an ELEVATOR is the perfect family escape in Paradise. There is a total of 17 units on the Sunset Paradise property...Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people. Partial-Gulf views can be seen from the balcony and from the window inside the unit itself! There are two assigned parking spots in the garage and inside utility room. The pool, spa and beach are just steps. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests due to time constraints in turning over for our next guests. Thank you for understanding.

I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and they have all been wonderful, but this was by far our best vacation experience. From the early communication before our arrival to the support we received throughout our stay, everything was seamless.Luz was absolutely fantastic to work with. The condo was perfect in every way—from the spacious kitchen and living area to the partial beach views and comfortable bedrooms. Our group of six had plenty of room, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a great refrigerator.The beach amenities were a huge bonus. There were plenty of chairs, a nice umbrella, and other items available for enjoying a day by the water. The location couldn’t have been better: a short elevator ride from the third floor, convenient covered parking, and just a few steps to the hot tub and the beautiful oceanfront pool. Simply open the pool gate, and you’re right on the beach.Everything about the property was exceptional. The TVs and ceiling fans worked great, the condo was spotless, and the service provided by Luz was outstanding. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay and are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful place.If you’re looking for a family-friendly vacation rental with plenty of space, direct beach access, and a fantastic pool, this is the place to stay. I almost forgot to mention—the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided some of the best sleep. Thanks Luz

Perfect place for a family vacation with littles! The condo is steps from the beach, clean, and spacious. It’s also walking distance for many of the restaurants in Indian Rocks. The owners are super sweet as well.

Hot tub was hot, pool and surrounding area was clean and beautiful. Condo was beautiful roomy and had everything we needed. Air conditioning had a problem texted property manager he got right back to me and came the next morning. Would definitely stay again
