This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the finest unit you will find in the Village, the ultimate in a 5-star luxury Mammoth vacation rental experience. Located in the heart of the Village, you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants and the Gondola direct to the slopes at Mammoth Mountains Canyon Lodge. This unit is located on the top floor (5th floor) in the Grand Sierra building providing a great mountain view and away from noise. This exceptional top floor property has all the upgrades for contemporary mountain living and comfortable furnishings throughout. Being in the corner location, this unit is the largest two bedroom available in the Village, with an open floor plan - plenty of space for everyone! The full kitchen opens into the dining area, and features upgraded appliances, wood cabinetry, stone flooring, granite countertops - and everything you need to cook a nice meal for your family or friends. The dining area comes complete with a cherry wood dining table, cushioned wood chairs for 6. No resort fee. You will have an option of purchasing travel insurance depending on the booking site. Up to 100Mbps speed WiFi. The living area has a large 65 inch smart flat screen TV with a full set of streaming services. There is a custom stone enclosed gas fireplace - stay cozy on cold winter nights! And for the summer, the condo comes equipped with an air conditioning unit. Also in the living area, a comfortable sofa and a large window with views over the Village and mountain. The large outdoor balcony has a vaulted ceiling, seating for 4, a small coffee table, and overlooks the center of the Village, pool and Jacuzzi and view of mountains. The well appointed master bedroom has a comfortable King bed with pillowtop, ceiling fan, TV and a private bathroom with granite countertops, slate flooring, dual vanity sinks and both a large soaking tub and a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full-on-full bunk bed with trundle, and TV. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living area. All TVs are connected with DirecTV with 200 channels so you will never get bored! There is an assigned ski storage locker conveniently located in the parking garage. This property comes equipped with complimentary high speed wireless Internet for your convenience. Common area amenities include heated, underground parking for one car (garage clearance is 8 ft 6 inches), year round heated swimming pool, multiple jacuzzis and a fitness center. Excellent unit, minor hiccup with housekeeping however David resolved ASAP. We have stayed at 4 different units with other owners and this one rates the best.

This property was everything that was advertised. The location is right in the Village, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The owner’s instructions were easy to follow. The building is well maintained. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. The views from the condo were breathtaking. And the condo itself was roomy, clean, and well appointed. This made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our visit was too short, and we look forward to returning again.

The condo is just as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable for our entire stay. It worked perfectly for our family of five, being able to walk downstairs and go to the pool, restaurants, and hear entertainment from the balcony were huge perks. Beds were comfortable and temperature was kept cool with two air conditioning units during August, however the outdoor temperature was just fine to open the windows during the week when it's quiet.
We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property and will certainly book again. David was always keeping in touch and checking on us. The apartment was beautifully decorated and included all things we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful and the location was the best! Even the sofa bed was very comfy! Highly recommend!!

My family & I stayed in this unit for a week from the end of June to early July. The unit was exactly as described in the posting and the host was responsive to questions about the property.
You cannot beat the location. Given that the unit is in the heart of the village there is a level of noise to be expected but once the windows are closed you can't hear anything outside the unit. Will 100% look to rent this unit again for future stays!

Top notch unit. My wife and I (and a friend) rented this unit for some spring skiing at Mammoth. Pricing is affordable at this time of year as otherwise unit is beyond what I like to pay. Everything wonderful in the unit. David, the owner, cares about your experience. Complex has two wonderful and appropriately hot spas (104 degrees.. a rarity… and not over chlorinated). And a large pool heated at 84degrees. Recommend this unit if it is in your budget!

Walk into large sunlit windows which give you panoramic views of the mountains and The Village. The living room has a comfortable, large L shaped leather couch and a large flatscreen TV. The open floor plan of the kitchen overlooking the LR makes the room feel even larger. The large MB has a comfortable K bed. The bathroom is large. Hair products & blower are supplied.
The 2nd BR has comfortable Q bunkbeds.
Walk 4 minutes to the gondola, 2-4 minutes to many restaurants and a mini grocery store.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.

We stay at the Mammoth Village properties frequently for the convenience to restaurants, the gondola and underground parking. David’s condo is one of the best. Very roomy. Up to date decor and appliances. Great views. Quiet. And a terrific, responsive host. We will certainly stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the property in the first week of December and had an excellent experience. The property is well equipped and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location on the top floor has great views and helps with noise (there is some noise on Friday and Saturday nights, but is not generally a problem). We enjoyed eating in the unit and watching movies. The situation for skiers is convenient, with good access to the village gondola. Our host was professional and responsive. The unit had everything we needed and even some thoughtful extras. We would be happy to return.

The condo is in a great location, spacious and very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home away from home. It is central to the village activities while being very quiet. You can either stay in or enjoy the restaurants and shops around. The gondola to Canyon lodge is only a few steps away. David is a very nice host. Thanks again for hosting us! We hope to come back.

This condo is in the middle of everything!!! Walking distance to different shops at the village and the easy access to the lodge! The condo was very clean and felt like home!!! It’s was the perfect size for us and this will be for sure our returning spot for next year!

We were on our way to Yosemite Valley to camp and decided to stay here for a couple of nights. Wished we stayed longer. Mammoth was beautiful and this place didn't disappoint. we got smoked out of Yosemite after 4 nights. Looking back should have stayed longer in Mammoth at this property.
