Freshly RENO-vated this Spring (2018)! Brand new quality, durable vinyl flooring, pet friendly. HOA rules require rentals be 6 months or longer. **2 bedroom apt with full/queen beds in each bedroom **2 full large bathrooms with tub + shower **Fully stocked kitchen- electric glass stovetop/oven, top of the line stainless cookware **Dishwasher **Free WiFi + Cable 2 TV's **Pool (open May-Oct) / Hot Tub (year round) / Gym Access (6am-10pm) **Fresh linens + towels + all bedding needed **Household supplies (paper products, hand soap, some condiments, etc.) **Please send inquiry BEFORE booking or making a reservation request!** Welcome to the Biggest Little Condo in Reno! As you can see from my 'Other Property Reviews' at the bottom of the page, I have a few places in Manhattan and now have a 2 BR condo in Reno, the Biggest Little City in the World available for travelers and mid-term guests (1-9 months). Please read my other reviews!!! I've been renting my places out for 5+ years, have hosted over 5000 guests from 47 countries (and counting!). PLEASE INQUIRE FOR AVAILABILITY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO BOOK THE RESERVATION. As I'm based in NYC, I have family + friends who will be doing the check in/out and must confirm they'll be around to do so. The calendars are up to date, but please send a note with info about your group to ensure it's a good fit. Please read the captions in the pictures to get a lot of information about the unit and complex. Full, private 2 bedroom apartment, full kitchen, living room, bathroom and closets. Please understand this is NOT a hotel. Daily maid services are not included. This is for use of a furnished apartment (bungalow) rental. Loud noise will not be tolerated as there are full time tenants/neighbors that work normal business hours and my neighbors' peace cannot be disrupted. If you're a group of drinkers/clubbers who will be out late and loud, please do NOT inquire. Thank you. The condo is located in Northwest Reno about a mile off of I-80 for an 8 minute ride to downtown Reno on Virginia Street. It's also about 12 minutes from Reno Airport (RNO) and there is free parking in a designated, covered parking spot. This was a perfect location. The condo was clean and well equipped. Bruce and Kelsey were easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place in the location. The condo is centrally located.

Really nice location. Easy access to the freeway, private condo (no neighbors walking by) close to community amenities like the pool! Condo was nicely stocked for cooking and eating, lots of extra towels and blankets. A/C made the 95-105 degree days enjoyable. Community is family friendly and very clean. My only complaint is that 3 of the 4 smoke detectors had been removed. They should also update the listing with current kitchen photos.

This location worked out great of us as it is close to Verdi where our kids / grandkids live. Easy access to all areas of Reno (close to Rt 80) and near stores, restaurants, etc. . The development has a pool, playground and exercise facility. They were closed due to Covid concerns but we'll definitely use in the future. The owner and property manager are responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. Every implement you could want was there. We forgot to bring coffee, but there was some awaiting us for the first morning. The pantry was also really well stocked, though we mostly ate out. The TV has HBO etc. The showers have great water pressure. The owner was prompt and clear about everything. The pleasant woman that checked us in was on time and helpful. When we read the reviews we were concerned about the upstairs neighbor with the dogs. However, the neighbor was quiet and the only time we heard anything was just for a minute as the dogs got excited before going out on a leash. The kitchen flooring is no longer covered with records, but that did not matter to us. We would definitely rent again!

I occupied this property for an entire month and was quite comfortable with both the accommodations as well as the location of the complex itself. As a single female traveling alone, I never felt intimidated or apprehensive with respect to location, neighbors, etc. The complex where this condo is located is a somewhat older property, therefore the condo itself is a bit "dated", but the layout of the condo's interior is perfect! Master bedroom/bathroom at one end, second bedroom and bathroom at the opposite end, separated by the living room, kitchen and laundry room. And the location is great . . . in a nice area in northwest Reno, close to several restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, gas stations, etc., and easy access on/off I-80 no matter which direction you wish to travel. The condo itself was perfect for me as it is ground level and although I can always use the exercise, I didn't have to haul a month's worth of clothing, groceries, etc., up a flight of no less than 15 stairs to access the unit. The ONLY downside was the neighbors upstairs, directly above my unit. They have two (2) very active (actually hyper) medium size dogs that run around the upstairs unit nearly 24/7. In fact, I have reason to believe that their "dog parents" actually play ball with them in the unit! Ugh! I was gone most days for the better part of the day, but the nighttime activity involving the dogs upstairs, when I just wanted to relax and unwind after a stressful day, started to wear on my nerves a bit, especially when it went on until late night. But this was the only distraction and it ended up, after using a broomstick (no, not the one I rode in on) and tapping sharply on the ceiling one night around 10PM, that the upstairs neighbors apparently got the message and kept the dogs quiet from 9PM on for the rest of my stay. The host is very kind and compassionate, communicates well, as does his property manager, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to have spent my month in Reno at this property. Recommend HIGHLY!

Everything was wonderful. No communication issues with owner and neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Would stay here again and was a very enjoyable and comfortable visit to Reno.
