Nestled in College Park, this attractive house for $262 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spacious home 2000+ sf in an established neighborhood just minutes away from Hartsfield Jackson Airport. This home comes with ample space for you and your guests to enjoy which includes 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, a living room, a bonus room downstairs, as well as a large backyard with 2 decks. 6 queen beds will accommodate 12 very comfortably. This home is perfect for couples, groups visiting Atlanta, Bachelor and Bachelorette group etc. The home is located about 15 minutes south of the heart of minutes from the expressway as well as conveniently located near fast food restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart, LA Fitness etc. This home is accessible via Uber and there is ample parking on site as well as street parking. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR THE SPACE AND THE PRICE!!! I also offer a 30% discount off of the rate for monthly rentals.

Me and My friends stayed here for a weekend get away. The house overall was very clean and comfortable. The heater downstairs was a plus. Wish we could of used outside furniture but it was wet . It was very close to a lot of restaurants and a club less than 5 minutes away. I would rent this property again

The experience we had we pretty good. Nice house with good accommodations for all. Close enough to downtown ATL to allow for easy access to all the sights that ATL has to offer.
The only downfall to the experience was the expectation that we would be stripping the linens and taking out the trash, despite the extra $100+ "cleanup fee" that was charged. The point of choosing a house over going to . a hotel is for the capacity and comfort of staying in a house, but that shouldn't include having to cleanup. The $50+ nonrefundable party deposit was excessive as well. I understand that maybe people threw parties in the past and now you are covering the expense of that, but to be charged for someone else's wrong doing was excessive and kind of deceptive that it isn't included in the cost of the rental upfront.
Don't get me wrong, the house was a nice house with beautiful furnishings and great location so it was worth it, but it was not as great of a deal as our other VRBO rentals have been.

A good option for traveling to and through ATL with a big family...

Great visit
We enjoyed ourselves. The was so much room, it accomodated 10 women for the Bridal Party Weekend Getaway. We had to share rooms and beds but everyone was comfortable. Jae was great whenever we had to communicate anything.

Jae was such a professional and the home was clean and provided my family with just enough space for privacy and wiggle room. The area is somewhat questionable to those who may not be familiar to the City. However, we had no issues during our stay.

We love the house, the rooms were spacious. We had everything we need. The owner was helpful. The only thing that worried us a little was being in College Park area and the instructions for the house must be updated, so there will be no confusion. Overall we had a wonderful time, thanks Jae for everything.

Nice, cozy home!!
I rented this property for my best friend bachelorette weekend & I was so happy with my decision! The pictures on VRBO does not do any justice the house is actually much more nicer in person. It has a lot of space it was 11 of us and we all slept comfortably. The house is within limits of many stores including Walmart & it wasn't far from downtown ATL. I can not find anything bad to say about this house. The owner Javon was so great & prompt with responses. I left one of my belongings I contacted him & he had no problem in getting it mailed out to me being that I live 4 hours away. I think that was so generous of him because he didn't have to. I will definitely recommend this property to everyone who needs a nice reasonable place to stay in ATL!

The property was exactly like the photos!
There were 8 of us and everyone loved everything about the house it was so spacious and just enough room for everyone to get dressed! Enough bed space for everyone to sleep comfortably even if they shared a bed we will be back and this will be the first house I look up!!! Thanks again!!

The house was nice. Nicely remodeled from what it use to be.
As I mentioned before the house was nice. There were a few issues that did not sit well with us staying there such as killing roache(s), finding press on nails under the pillow in the bed in the loft (no one on the trip had press on nails) But according to Antwan the house had been throughly cleaned. The tub in the master bedroom backed up and drained slow, the trash outside was already full, my mom found a blue pill in the master bedroom. And the dryer didnt work and coincidentally went out the day of our arrival. Also the sliding door didnt lock had placed two chairs in front of the door. The blinds were already broken which is why we had thrown a sheet over them. The sliding door chained but did not lock. Don't get me wrong the home was nice but these were things that we shouldn't have had to deal with being as though we paid over 600 for two days. Instead of dealing with the issues or sympathizing with us Antwan totally dismissed our concerns and had an excuse for everything. Oh the last night of our stay we found out that my brothers bed he had slept in was posted up on cinder blocks and not a bed frame. We have pictures of all this. Then to top all this off he charged me $85 in damages that had already been done. We did not get one peaceful night of sleep in that home worried about doors not locking and locked doors inside and outside the home we had no access to. And for a house that's thoroughly cleaned we found a receipt from December 2017. A learning lesson first and last time renting someones home while on vacation.

The property definitely needs to be inspected by the owner or property manager prior to renting.
There were a few issues in the home ie. broken toilet lid cover and items left from the prior renters, no biggie tho.
The biggest issue was we thought we smelled gas so I immediately called the owner. The owner notified the gas company. They came out to investigate and shut the gas off for several violations and also said they were there in December when someone else called for the same thing!!!The worst part was when the owner suggested i go get heaters from Walmart because he was at a play that wasn't letting out until after 1130pm. Excuse me? I'M ON VACATION!!! To warm this home would take at least 10 heaters but more importantly, that wasn't my responsibility. Did he really expect me to call an Uber, spend a few hundred dollars to purchase heaters, then Uber back to attempt to warm this home??? He texted at 6:15am the next morning to say he was on his way with a tech to repair the violations!!! So up we get!!!!! Smh. That didn't help us because the gas company wasn't coming back out that early to turn it back on!! The owner really is a nice young man, he just has to take his business and rentals more seriously. THE WORST PART; VRBO WAS SO RUDE ABOUT THIS SITUATION. THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAID WELL HE DID OFFER A SOLUTION and a few other non-chalant rants!!! We requested other accomodations. Oh no,
that wasn't an option. She said they don't do that!! MY GUEST AND I WERE APPALLED!! I guess she wanted me to make that trip to Wal-Mart. I'll NEVER use VRBO again!!! NEVER!!! Not because of him, but because of VRBO!! They don't take your safety as seriously as they would love for you to believe!!!

Warm,inviting home and host.
Jay was an excellent host, answered all the questions and concerns I had as this was my first Home away. The home is beautiful and up to part has everything you need. It was more than enough room for the 7 of us.Location was nice and easy to get to different things. Warm,welcoming environment, we will definitely be back. Everything was great from the time we reserved the home to the time we checked out.

Very nice a few improvements could make it awesome
We had a great time. HUGE SPACE. The only problem was the 3rd bathroom did not work and that was one of the reasons I rented this place. The property manager Roderick was great. He answered any question I had. The upstairs bathroom floor was a little weak and the fridge didn't keep stuff real cold. Those are minor fixes. Otherwise we loved it it was a huge space. Close to downtown close to the airport.

The home was very nice. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the amenities is the house had high speed internet which was great and easy to set up. 2 1/2 baths. The basement could have doubled as a 4th bedroom with it's own half bath. That being said it could have been a kids retreat if you bring blow up beds and a TV. Very close to Walmart, Krogers and other shopping areas. We attended events at the Airport Marriot on Best Rd and it was only 3 miles away. Uber to the Airport cost $15. Missing one Star because of TV Cable channels were limited. Kitchen appliances are limited (coffee maker)!! We Will reserve this place again.

Overall the stay was ok! Location is awesome! The house is good in space! But a few things could have been better. The living room tv only had maybe 10 channels, one of the kitchen table chairs was very weak, we sat our clothes in the bedroom chair and the back leg of the chair came off, barely any hot water, a man woke us up at 8am to mow the grass, the features of the house included a washer and dryer but the washer was taped closed.
