Nestled in Bodega Bay, this attractive house for $224 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This unique studio is one of three units located right on the water in Bodega Bay. It's perfect spot for a romantic weekend for two. You'll enjoy INCREDIBLE sweeping and panoramic views as the house is surrounded on three sides by water! Watch the boats pass by, hundreds of birds and occasionally seals pop their heads up to say hello... You will enjoy this newly remodeled space with a comfy King Size bed, modern kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and private deck ON THE WATER! You can cozy up by the fireplace or take advantage of the smart TV and free high speed internet (200+) and WIFI. Well behaved pets welcome with approval. 'At the Bay's Edge' is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate, or to use as a base for exploring the Sonoma Coast. You'll have access to wine tours, whale watching, world class golf, kayaking, fishing, clamming, hiking, biking, deep sea fishing, olive oil and cheese tours, kite surfing and gorgeous beaches. Bodega Bay is located just an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco, and less than an hour from Napa and Sonoma. The Russian River is just 15 minutes away, so there is truly something for everyone. The property is located right on the water at the bottom of a long narrow driveway. Parking is limited to one vehicle per booking and it can be challenging to turn around at the bottom. Originally the historic Bodega Bay Creamery house, now a vacation rental triplex. We have 3 units, usually all rented.

The location of this studio is everything. What a beautiful way to rest and restore after the holidays. A few simple upgrades would improve the space immensely (window coverings, coffee service, floor lamp next to sofa), but I come for the view of the water and the wildlife. Checking in and out is simple. Missing it already.

The Bodega Bay studio was so excellently situated literally overhanging the Bay. It’s on the water of the bay. We had such a great, great time! The views from the windows covering 50% of the studio, were breathtaking . The wood-heating stove made the studio very warm and cozy. You can buy wood from the Diekmann’s Deli which is super close by. We hope to return to this paradise again some day!

It is a studio but it really needs some maintenance. We had to call VRBO to find out about a guest book and the internet password was wrong but we finally got in by guessing at the password. It really took 5 to 7 minutes to hot/warm water every time we needed it. The balcony really needs maintenance as the railing is splintering. We did not watch much TV but the channel selection is VERY poor. Looks like the owner opted for the cheapest package. You should warn people about the driveway as it was very difficult to navigate.

Our little weekend trip at Bodega Bay was wonderful and property provided an exceptional experience. Property was clean and ready for our weekend stay. Rental manager provided quick response to any of my inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone else to give it a try.

Great property it does advertise a private beach but stair way to beach is not Accessible. We will return to this property .

The studio was clean, well appointed and had a terrific view of the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions for getting in and out of the parking area. It made arrival and departure very easy.

Sweet studio situated within a historic building right on Bodega Bay. Stunning views and sunset. The studio was equipped with a little bit of everything. Noneed to bri g kitchenware. The unit was very clean. Units #2and #3 (we were in #3) are not ADA. The driveway is narrow and steep. The directions given in the description for entering the driveway was very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday. Although we could have parked his motorcycle in front of my car we were allowed to park it in the garage. Thus keeping it out of the elements. It’s a great little studio on the water. Spectacular views. Oh by the way, I named the Western Gull that comes and visits daily Bartholomew.

The view is lovely for sure but the accommodations are dated . Interior was clean but tired looking . There was no way to use outdoor space. Deck was slippery and dirty. I missed in my view of the listing there is no furnace. Only a wood burning stove and electric heaters which was adequate but a surprise when owner sent instructions . Also hot water is true to the note in the bathroom and takes 4 minutes to heat . Again doable but an oddity.

It was a nice spot for our long lazy weekend and the near by store made it easy for us to grab something to eat or cook when we didn't feel like going out to eat. The driveway can be a bit challenging if you're in a large SUV Definitely a place to stay again

It's one big room with a well stocked kitchen, living room area, comfortable bed and a bathroom. We left the curtains open to wake up looking out on the water on two sides with the sound of birds. It's up a few wooden stairs.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet, clean ( the floor was a little dust. I had t wash my feet after walking around barefoot) everything else was great and clean. The view alone was so worth it. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

We celebrated our 27th anniversary here in this studio on the water. The sounds from the rain hitting the water and the birds calling were awesome. Great crab, coffee shop, and trinkets up the road. The house was clean, quiet, and on a really great spot on the water. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Studio with wood burning stove. The Crab boats cruise in and out right off of the deck. Saw a bald Eagle at close range swoop in to pick off a little water bird. You don’t get Nature that real very often…great hiking and great food, especially if you like Fresh crab, right off of the Boat!!!
