We had a vacation with 13 family members. This was one of the condos rented for some of the group. I can't say enough about the communication between me & the owner. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was flawless.

The resort itself has gotten more nit-picky and gripy than the last time we were there (2years ago). The "safety checks" in the pool area, the closing of the pool due to lightning when there wasn't a cloud in the sky, sending a young lady out of the pool area due to a "too revealing" swimsuit (I don't feel as that should be their call. We saw much worse on the beach). They were nit picking this kind of stuff but yet there was marijuana smell everywhere you turned, even coming into the vents in our LR at times but they said there was nothing they could do about that.

Amazing vacation in this beachfront condo! Unit had everything we needed and then some. Close to places to eat and play. Pool is big and beach is just a few steps from the pool. Balcony and ceiling to floor window in the master bedroom affords a gorgeous view of the ocean. Host was very responsive to questions and checked on us several times to make sure all was well. Thank you Sheila. We’ll be back!

They had everything you could think of that you may need including a wagon, beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had everything you could need as well. The owner checked in with me multiple times during the week to make sure everything was good. Also, everything was extremely clean for a beach condo. Even NO SAND. I could not recommend this condo enough.

We can't say enough good things about our stay in PCB! Sheila did a phenomenal job from start to finish with making our stay as perfect as could be. She was SO communicative, even during the week leading up to our stay. I asked lots of questions and she answered quickly (almost always within 20 minutes or so!) She checked in during the week, and she made us feel so welcome!
The condo itself is really lovely. The Master bedroom views are STUNNING. The Master bathroom and closet are massive! It was wonderful to have so much storage space to put away suitcases etc. We really appreciated the storage available all throughout the condo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of - all baking and cookware you could need, plus a toaster, blender, juicer, crock pot, wine cooler, etc. and my favorite - a cupboard full of all sizes of tupperware! SO helpful! The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are all very new and top of the line. They worked so well for us all week we've got ourselves considering some upgrades at home. :-P
The condo has access to a full size garage that was a really nice benefit. We were able to lock our beach gear, sand toys, etc. in it every day rather than bringing our sandy stuff upstairs each night. The unit also comes with a beach cooler, beach cart, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs for renters to use.
If and when we return to Panama City, we won't hesitate to book with Sheila again. She is the best of the best!

Perfect Vacation!
This property is absolutely perfect! It's clean, comfortable, and the views are amazing! Great furniture on the balcony where we spent much of our time --morning coffee, lunch, dinner, sunsets! There is a wagon with all the beach equipment you need. We also spent time by the pool because it was a little windy and never had problems finding chairs or space in the hot tub. Security makes sure only guests with wrist bands are in the pool. The owner is helpful and responded quickly to my questions (even the silly ones)! I did not want to leave! If we are ever in the area again I will be staying here!

Don't Even Look Any Further
If you have kids abd want to hit the beach, this place is for you! We will be back and don't see a reason to stay anywhere else. The place is great and location is wonderful, BUT THE GARAGE is truly a diamond in the rough. Made beach life a breeze! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

We have stayed at the Boardwalk for years and have stayed in really nice units. This condo is the best by far. Everything is upscale, beautiful and
well equipped. The owners are fantastic to work with and stay in touch in case any issues arise during your stay.
