Overall it was a decent place to stay. Loved the balcony and beach view. Everything was clean and tidy except the refrigerator and stove. The only complaint i have was the spring beds. I didnt get as much sleep as i would have liked due to the beds. Overall it was okay though.

We were just at Bill’s condo for a week and it was beautiful! We immediately saw dolphin swimming in front of us from 7th floor balcony. Pictures of condo were accurate. Plenty of room for us and another couple with spacious masters on separate sides of condo. Will definitely be back!

Condo was just like the photos. Excellent views, nice large balcony area, kitchen had everything we needed, throw pillows and blankets could have used updating or a washing and carpets need a steam cleaning. This was minor and didn’t take away from our excellent experience! Bill was great to work with, very prompt and thorough. Would rent from him again.

Excellent location! 2 master suites with private entrances to a balcony that was huge! Property manager was readily accessible and helpful. We had a spectacular view of the beach with glorious sunsets nightly.

From the moment we entered the view was breathtaking! Views from all rooms, and huge balcony made this condo a memorable beach trip!!! Communication with the owner was excellent! The building itself while formed my and convenient, could be a little cleaner and updated.. The elevators were worn and dirty, but the pros outweighed the cons because the condo, pools, and beach were all fantastic!

Everything was as advertised. Directly on the beach, nice pools on site, having chair/umbrella access was fabulous. The condo accommodated our family with 5 kids (7-17) perfectly.

Very nice property with plenty of room for 4 adults. Ocean view was amazing. We had some beach construction during our stay but still couldn’t take away from the beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed to cook inside was provided. Saw schools of rays and dolphins from our balcony during our stay. Walkable distance to Waffle House, several beach shops and Wal Mart. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was just as it was pictured and described. The view was fantastic from the balcony. The sound of the waves was very soothing to fall asleep and the sunsets were gorgeous. We loved that both bedrooms had access to the balcony and the floor to ceiling windows. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The property manager was very prompt with responses and very pleasant to talk to. Just a few minor suggestions for the property: - The comforters in the two bed master could use some updating. - Have enough coffee for one pot available upon check-in. We got it very late and could not get groceries until the next day. We would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a great week with the grandkids! The kitchen is fully stocked, the master bedroom is super comfy and the K Q combo made the guest bedroom a perfect accommodation for our group. The condo is beautifully decorated and the 7th floor balcony is the perfect height to watch for dolphins and manta rays! The living room TV is HD and huge which made movie nights seem like we were in a theater. Plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate all of us! Beautiful condo and great memories!

This property was perfect. It was exactly as described. We really loved the big pool with the food and drink bar. We loved how close it was to restaurants and bars. It was great to see security patrolling. The beach was beautiful. The owner was prompt with responses and sent us everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
