The space! the gorgeous postcard view from the balcony and of course meals on the balcony overlooking the beach was quintessential! You couldn’t beat the location especially with teenagers able to hit the beach and shops just down the elevators.

Great location for beach and parking! And room is enough space for 4 people. There is a lot of amenities such as body lotion ,washing powder, hunger, beach chair. Despite checking in advance, there was only one hair dryer. I contacted the staff and went to pick it up in another room, but twice they couldn't get it.

We had an amazing experience with our vacation rental in Waikiki. The condo is right next to the McDonald’s and conveniently near all the shops and stores. Really cannot beat the location especially when there’s a calm and pristine beach right across the street. Honestly easier than staying at some resorts which will require you to walk all the way through resort property before arriving to beach (even for some ocean front properties). The free valet parking made it so convenient when we did have to drive (rarely). The condo layout is great for families and the AC was quite strong. We had to leave it off some nights. Valet staff is courteous and speedy, and our host/cohosting staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Lastly, the patio with ocean views made our trip very memorable. One of our favorite parts of the trip included cooking meals and eating together as a family on this beautiful patio. Thank you Captain Cook for making our trip a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Family of 5 adults stayed very comfortably in this ocean side, ocean view beach tower. This condo had everything we needed, and was in walking distance to many restaurants, and amenities. It also included on site valet parking which was very much appreciated. The property was clean in good general condition, and was safe and clean. Reservation, check-in and check-out were a breeze and personalized assistance was available at any time should you need it.

The location was ideal for the family with easy driving access in and out of Waikiki. The circle building in the front blocks the view a lot more than the pictures indicate. We appreciated the extra portable beds besides the sofa bed. However, there is no beach toys/ boogie boards other than two old beach chairs (most other beach front condos have some beach toys). The interior of the unit needs a bit of updating but for a vacation it was ok. The pool deck was clean and spacious although the pool itself was small. It was never crowded and the pool was heated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our checkin went smoothly and Byron was very helpful throughout our stay.
We arrived early in the morning, and after leaving our luggage in their storage facility we went for a walk to check out the main Street. Byron kindly arranged an early checkin for us which was very helpful, and much appreciated.
The apartment is in a good location and had a good view of the beach. There is a great supermarket called Waikiki Market which is a 7-8 minute walk away. I think this is essential for anyone staying in an apartment who doesn’t eat out all the time.
We had a small issue in the evening when we discovered that the bedroom light didn’t work, but Byron was there in no time and replaced the bulbs for us.
If I have any negatives, they would be that the cabinetry is a bit outdated. New doors on the main bathroom cabinet and a plain white shower curtain would really make a difference. Also, the furniture in the second bedroom was old and dark, making the room look smaller, and all the drawers would stick and didn’t open properly. Although none of these things impacted our stay, I feel that they would go a long way in making the apartment more appealing.

We all loved this place. The view and location were amazing! This was the reason we chose this place, and it certainly didn't disappoint. It's a little dated and the window seals need replacing. We had high wind warnings when we stayed and the noise from the wind in the apartment was very loud. But it didn't matter, and I am sure you wouldn't notice this under normal weather conditions. Super glad we chose this place; we got lots of use out of the pool and spa too! Would recommend Me BBQ for a cheap breakfast just around the corner.

Honestly the only thing was the washer didn’t work and they didn’t get a repair person out to fix it during our stay. It was a bit of an inconvenience! Place was a bit run down and needs some repairs done. We still had an amazing week!

This property was everything we thought it would be and even more. From the calming views (sunrise, surfers and sunsets) to being able to walk to walk every where; zoo, playground (we were traveling with a 3 yr old), restaurants, shopping, ect - couldn’t say enough about our stay. The rental was is a great location with a terrific view. The property manager Byron Wickard did a good job with taking care of the maintenance problems of this very neglected unit. The list of problems is unfortunately quite long and a we’re very troublesome. There was black mold on the hall bathroom wallpaper, the television gave a lot of problems because of it’s age, the refrigerator door was loose, the two patio door were almost impossible to slide and stuck at time and had no workable locks, the bathroom faucet was leaking, and the sink stopper was stuck in a locked position making it very difficult to release the water. Overall the furniture is quite shabby and marked and needs changing. The cleaning crew did a good job preparingthe condo and beds. The owners needs to get this unit up to the level of the cost of renting it. I was disappointed with the condition of the unit and embarrassed for my guests. I would not rent in this building again without a physical check of the new rental.

This was a spacious apartment with two decent size bedrooms with many bed configurations. It's at the far end of Waikiki, away from the main shopping areas and restaurants and bars. It's quite dated. The main bedroom bed had a piece of sponge under eh bed to try to improve its comfort. It failed miserably. The bed is ancient and should be replaced. The apartment block lacks hotel facilities. The view is reasonably good apart from a shorter hotel in front of the Beach Tower. This hotel disrupts a perfect view.The owner is trying to sell the unit and we were asked to vacate for a day. There was no recompense for the inconvenience.We had friends on holiday with us who stayed at the other end of Waikiki. They paid half the cost of this for a 1-bed room. In hindsight, two interconnecting rooms would have served us better.This unit is just too dated.The communication from Captain Cook was poor. They advised we needed to store luggage off-site before our room was available. This came at a cost. You can actually leave your luggage with the apartment staff for no cost whilst your room is prepared.

Location and view are outstanding but the unit itself is in need of updating. It appears to be the original finishings and furnishings. I have stayed in another unit in this location and there is no comparison- and price was lower. Wind whistling through windows that have no weather stripping, old showers with poor spray, no safety bars in tub, furniture worn,etc.

The location was top notch. Excellent view, a few steps from Waikiki Beach... The room was functional. Beds were comfortable, better than most we've used on vacation. But the windows are single pane and let in a LOT of noise (wind, cars, pedestrians). In the master bedroom two of the windows have plastic blinds, which makes the room VERY bright. They NEED black out curtains of some kind. The kitchen worked well, a few appliances have seen better days. A few lighting hiccups here and there. The main door in and out of the room is HEAVY. Like, if you are older you might have trouble operating it. The sliding glass door gets hung up in one spot and is pretty difficult to move. Same thing, I could see people struggling here. A few of the bathroom items like the towel hangers and the edging on the countertops are about to fall off.Overall, pleased with the room and accomodations. Just needs some touching up.

Our family of 4 stayed a week at Waikiki Beach Tower #1904 for our 1st family trip to Hawaii. Everything matched expectations, great location (views...), extra free valet, pool deck, ... expect low rating on Maintenance (2 of 5). The 2nd A/C unit in living room kitchen area was non-functional. Had to crank bedrooms A/C to balance, making bedrooms too cold. Luckily wasn't too hot so able to open patio doors a lot. This A/C unit should have been known and repaired beforehand.

For starters the view was AMAZING! Everyone fit in perfectly.The place was really clean, it’s spacious for families, and it is literally right across from the beach. I recommend staying here also because while we had to wait for check in, the staff allowed us to hang out at the lounge.
The only issue I would have was with with the staff at the hotel and not with the owner of the property. We weren’t greeted properly, we didn’t get a welcome just immediately got asked our name and since it wasn’t on their list they were rude and immediately assumed we were at the wrong place and tried putting our stuff back into our shuttle. Once I explained who we booked the property from and gave a name of the property owner they allowed me to step out of the shuttle and speak to them. Other than that we had no issues, it was quiet and very relaxing being able to sit outside and enjoy some coffee with a nice view.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff at the valet and front desk. They were very helpful. The instructions to check in from Byron were easy to understand and it went smoothly. The tower was located right across the Waikiki Beach and it was close to the stores and amazing restaurants.The place is incredibly clean and the view is breathtaking. My family and I were amazed with how beautiful the unit was. The kitchen is furnished and it had everything we need to cook our meals. We also found 4 beach chairs for us to use. We could also rent beach towels located by the valet booth area, going towards the beach. Overall experience was amazing and we were very satisfied. We would definitely comeback here and recommend this place to our family and friends.

The rental had everything we needed and more. It was equipped with a washer/dryer, dishes,beach chairs. The ocean view was everything!! The only problem was the tv in the bedroom with twin beds did not have a cable box hooked to it, so although there was a TV in the room, you couldn't watch it. Also, the microwave would only work using the 30sec button. Valet parking guys were SUPER!!!!!! Always pleasant and they get your vehicle to you so fast! We loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future!

Amazing place!
The entire condo was fantastic, from the location, the views, the staff and everything provided. Easy check in, communicating was fantastic. We kept saying how lucky we were to find such an amazing place to stay with the best views of the beach. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommended.
