The location is great. It’s a little tired/odd in the decor but better than a uniform modern hotel with no spirit. The staff were really friendly which was lovely
The food was great but took far too long making breakfast particularly stressful as we needed to leave. The staff were trying their best.

Cooked traditional breakfast was fine. Room was very comfortable and also had wonderful view of castle and harbour. Good village to stay in, quiet when tide is in and most tourists retreat to mainland.
Nothing bad comes to mind.

Absolutely incredible room with the most fantastic view of Lindisfarne castle and the priory walls. Super comfortable and enormous bed, massive spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet at night and perfect for peace and relaxation once shops close with the causeway/tide and after a long walk around the island.
Our room was incredible but it was above the kitchen, so at times smelt of cooking. We didn’t mind this, especially due to how amazing the room was, but it’s something to consider. I also paid £12.50 for a sticky toffee pudding with ice cream which stung slightly!
