Located in Flagstaff, this attractive cabin for $258 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Flagstaff is; four seasons, fresh air, tall trees, ranching, mountains and the always enchanting native american heritage. The Aspen Ridge Lodge preserves the best of flagstaff history, romance and spacious living. The towering mountains provide the backdrop to the expansive outdoor deck, complete with lounge furniture, bbq grill and hot tub. Whether you want to escape the summer heat, ski the winter slopes, or enjoy the crisp clean air of spring and fall, this is your four season’s getaway. ***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months*** *Firewood is not provided* Centrally located right in between the Grand Canyon, Sedona and the other wonders of Northern Arizona. There is not a better location. Come see what this home has to offer. 75 minutes from the Grand Canyon south rim 40 minutes from Sedona 30 minutes from Slide Rock Park 30 minutes from Meteor Crater 25 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl ski resort 12 minutes from Flagstaff airport 10 minutes from Walnut Canyon National Park 10 minutes from Northern Arizona University TPT License #: 21251479 -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -Please shower before using the hot tub. Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of space. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor is nice for privacy. Love the hot tub! If you plan to sit on the patio, I would suggest bringing an umbrella for shade. We had one with us and were happy we did. The sun can be intense in the afternoons.

Not all the outlets work
a lot of lightbulbs were out (only 1 in 6 in the den worked)
The Grill is not nice - it's small and about 1/2 the size of a regular grill. Its pretty old and dirty.
If you stay here in the summer months, it's REALLY hot! Especially in the bedroom in the den (1st floor and the bedroom upstairs (3rd floor) There is no real good air flow in the house.
The furniture is all pretty dingy and reminded us of college furniture fyi, couch furniture had stains in it including a cigarette hole, the legs were wobbly and felt like they were going to fall off, the living room rug had SO many stains and was just really dirty.
Not a ton of outside furniture. Would have been nice to have some nice lounge/living room furniture by the fire pit on their stone patio.
2 spindles on the front porch were broken, the front porch and middle deck badly needs to be re-stained/painted.
The dining room chandelier light is not over the center table at all so watch yourself when getting up as we hit our head on it a few times.
The Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer were all nice.
The Hot tub was in nice shape too and there was someone that came and checked on it which we thought was nice.
An Important thing to note is that this house is only a 4 bedroom house. The "5th bedroom" is a den. Also, it does not have a queen size bed, it doesn't even have a bed. It has one of those leather couches where the back of the couch folds down and you lay on that and that is what they consider the queen bed in the 5th room. Please note that one of our kids slept on it 1 night and said it was his worst sleep ever, it's about the size of a twin bed and it's not even a bed.
The room with the 2 twin beds on it, the beds are on wheels and they roll SO easily, you turn over in bed and the whole bed moves FYI.
The ceiling fan in that room also was so rickety it sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling.
Overall this place needs HEAVY Maintenance attention and major TLC.
The front door (Screen glass door) does not stay shut so when wind comes it flys open banging against the railing.

This is a beautiful property that made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere but in reality was very close to everything we needed. It was a great home to come back to after exploring all the amazing things to do in the area.

Terrible VRBO
House was dirty. Dirty washcloth in master bathroom upon arrival and hair in shower. Walls and furniture were filthy. Many light bulbs were out. Coax cables on back porch made me think cable was coming from the neighbors house. GFCI outlet was not installed by sink in bathroom. Dishwasher did not work. This is a terrible rental in a great location and with a nice hot tub, but it's not worth the money. Keep looking. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great neighborhood poorly appointed house
The neighborhood, location, and layout of the home are all great. The property manager, Mason, is nice and responsive. . The hot tub is also nice.
However, the home is not as advertised. The pictures and description do not match reality. Most of the furniture came from a frat house or garage sale. One couch had cigarette burns, another was badly stained, yet another was one screw away from collapsing. Two downstairs couches had springs poking out of the seats and could not be sat it. The grill was beyond dirty to the point we didn't use it. The refrigerator was warm for the first day and a half so I had to purchase coolers and ice to keeps the baby's food cold. The beds are uncomfortable and the listing misleadingly says there is a full size sleeper sofa in the basement. Its not. Instead it is a small plastic futon that is terrible to sleep on. We had guests leave early because of the bed situation.
This house could be amazing if the owner invested a little money in decent furniture and guest comfort.

Nice stay
Overall it was a nice stay, little things that weren't okay the dishwasher didn't work...the maintenance never returned to fix the problem...the property manager was going to reimburse me for paper plates...downstairs bed in bedroom broke...hottub was nice until it turned green and smelled funny. Overall though the house accommodation was perfect for our family reunion. Basketball court was a hit and the kitchen was awesome to feed everyone. One more thing didn't mind that there wasn't AC because the mountains cooled off the house!

Fun in Flagstaff
I spent 3 days and 4 nights here with my 3 brothers. Beautiful neighborhood and clean house. We spent our days at Sedona and Grand Canyon and our evenings in the hottub visiting. Very nice stay. Thank you.

The only complain I would have is there is no air conditioning. Which if you come in the summer months it does it very hot! But apparently it’s a normal thing in flagstaff to not have AC which myself and my group did not know. But there is lots to do and the house it’s self is VERY nice!

The different levels is jsut enough for a small group, perfectly spaced out for privacy and open living and dining for coming together. The deck is a perfect perch for morning coffee or an afternoon dinner. Anytime you stay at an VRBO property, there is the sense of emptiness and at this place, I did not feel that way. It was extremmely comforting! The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. I will be looking to book this property again in the future!

We loved the convenient location of the property and the neighborhood. It backed to a greenspace with occasional deer passing through. There were just a few minor things that needed to be fixed but these did not significantly affect our stay. The manager was very responsive.
