The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, has gleaming wood floors and a large sectional couch, perfect to lounge on, while enjoying the large television. For those chilly nights, the gas fireplace will keep you warm and cozy. The kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and stone countertops is spacious and conveniently situated close to family rooms and the back deck. A traditional brew style coffee maker and Keurig, ample dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, cookware, four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock-pot and toaster are also provided. There is an inviting dining area, equipped with a dining table. While enjoying your meal, you can take in the view of the majestic Ponderosa Pines. You will also revel in the abundance of natural light from surrounding windows and glass sliding doors. Please note that there are two additional seats at the kitchen island bar, as well as two stools at console table behind the living room couch.  Moving outdoors, the private fenced-in backyard is a great place to spend some time with friends & family. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one features a queen-size bed and the other room has two twin beds. The second full sized bathroom is located on the ground floor level, just across from the two guest bedrooms. The fourth sleeping area is located in the loft found up the spiral staircase. This bedroom has a queen-size bed.
