Newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath second floor condo located 3 blocks from the main shopping street and 3 blocks from the beach. Very Short walk to weddings at the Reeds. Building contains only 6 condos for quiet and relaxing time. Sleeps (max) 4: Queen bed and 2 singles. Condo contains all the essentials: full kitchen, washer/dryer; cable & internet (limited cable/TV in OFF season). AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters will be responsible for linens & towels, bathroom essentials, and beach tags. Renters will be responsible for returning the condo as found prior to checking out. Leased to 25 or older. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Sheets and towel service available. Inquire if interested. I can't say enough great things about Siobhan's property in Stone Harbor. The condo was exactly as described and was everything that we needed as a base for a destination wedding. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Wawa, and the beach. Siobhan was very easy to work with and communication was quickly received and replied. She was even able to add on the linen service at the last minute for us after some plans changed. Check in and out instructions were clear and concise and the condo had everything we needed - including an iron!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I must say it was a great experience. The rental was perfect and fit the description to a tee. The property owner was super sweet, helpful and very gracious. The property was in an awesome location and was super clean. I look forward to using Vrbo again and taking another trip to Stone Harbor!

This was the perfect spot to stay! The condo is clean and extremely organized. It is beautifully decorated and literally steps away from the heart of downtown Stone Harbor. My family and I stayed here for a wedding and were able to wake up each morning and walk to get coffee in the charming town. The owner was prompt with response to questions and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Easy rental convenient to downtown. If you enjoy being able to walk most everywhere and don't have a lot to lug to the beach, this is a perfect location. Stone Harbor's beaches are easy to access also via car (plenty of street parking even in the peak season), but parking downtown can be trickier, so my preference is to park the car and walk to coffee, dinner, shopping. The condo is very neat, clean and well appointed. Great for a small family, couple or a getaway if you are traveling with a larger group but don't want to stay with 20 of your relatives!

My family of four (with 2 young children) spent the week in this perfectly located condo. Minutes to the beach (with a whole lot of stuff!) was a breeze. Close to restaurants, shops and evening ice cream, and did I mention a minutes walk to Wawa!! AND across the street from a playground (perfect for kiddos) Perfect size condo, not to big that space was wasted and not to small. Very clean, everything we needed was there. Very pleased with our stay!!

This is a wonderful, charming little condo that was everything we needed! A few blocks from the beach and steps from the center of Stone Harbor's main street of restaurants and shops. The condo was really comfortable, cheery, very clean. The kitchen was full-sized and fully stocked. Our favorite bonus: the back of the condo (kitchen and 2nd bedroom) looks out onto an undeveloped lot -- trees, more trees, and lots and lots of birds made for a lovely dose of nature every morning. Siobhan was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Park your car and walk fits the location of this Condo perfectly! The Beach and the Downtown area with restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, watersport rentals, movie theatre and mini golf are just blocks away. Just the right size for 4 people. The updated kitchen and bathroom made it very comfortable. The owner checked in to make sure all was well. It was!

1st Summer Trip to Stone Harbor

This was our first summer trip to Stone Harbor. The condo location was perfect, close to downtown and the beach. We walked to the beach daily, we did not need to use our car. We found the condo complex to be quiet and the large deck a good place to have meals. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked several meals during our stay. The owner was very responsive to my questions. We would recommend this rental for a couple or small family.

My husband and I rented this condo for a wedding at The Reeds. It was the perfect location with only a couple of blocks to the venue! This property is even better than the pictures and we will definitely be coming back for another weekend getaway in the fall!

The property is located just off of the main roads and within walking distance to everything. We spent a weekend and this property was much more affordable that the hotel where we were attending a wedding. In addition, the area is quiet, well maintained, and the owner accessible if needed. It was very inviting, extremely clean, and had a feeling of comfort unlike the stuffy hotel some friends stayed at. Definitely a great value for a shore property. Steve and Kathy Miller, Bear, DE
