The property was comfortable minus the front door not closing always had to lock it when inside to keep it shut. After we left I received an e-mail saying we smoked in the property. We never smoked in the property. We only use vapes so it could not have smelled lile cigarettes. When I recived the e-mail about it I was very confused. I wrote the owner back and never heard from her. Very poor communication with the owner if they will not even write you back. Especially after being accused of something we do not do. Will never stay here again even though we liked it because of very poor communication and being accused of something that never happened.

Very pleasant and comfortable villa on Clearwater Beach that allowed us to relax and feel like we were truly on vacation. The beach and the barrier island channel were all within minutes walking distance, to include restaurants, bars, and shopping. The perfect getaway.

I loved being close to the beach and close to the trolley pickup. We didn’t have a car and was so glad we used the trolley as it was busy. Lots of things to see and do and the Villa was nice and comfortable too.

Great location!! Not right on the water but the pier is just 200 feet away and you have direct access to it. Walking distance to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. I would love to stay there again.

The place was great. It was worth staying here just to hang out on the dock at the rear of the property! A huge egret walked past me while I was sunning myself, and we saw osprey and blue heron. We saw quite a few dolphins as well. And if you prefer being on the beach, it is super close. Maybe a five minute walk. As others have noted, the bathroom was dated, but it was clean so it was fine. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in the shower, and there were plenty of towels. We cooked one night and found all we needed in the cabinets. Coffee and cream were provided, which was a relief! We ran out of creamer and Patti gave us more right away! Thanks for an outstanding vacation. I would definitely recommend.

Great property at a fantastic location. Clean and quiet spot just a few minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed sunrises on the dock and sunsets on the beach. We will be back!

We specifically chose this location because of the comments around convenience, and peace and quiet from the Clearwater Strip! It's exactly as the reviews say- quick walk to pretty much anything you need, and if not- the trolley is available. We used it to go to the aquarium and to get groceries. It's really amazing how quiet the area is, which was great for the kids going to bed early. The beach wagon was a must! We also got to see dolphins RIGHT by the dock! Patti was super responsive and accommodating whenever we needed anything. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

My family of four (2 adults, one 10 y/o, one 3 y/o) stayed here for the past week. The check in process was easy, location was perfect for us. Everything in walking distance including the beach & pier 60, which saves so much time from traffic! They had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs as well! Also, make sure to watch the sunrise from the dock in back. Magnificent. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The owners & property manager were absolutely amazing!! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back in our future vacations. They provided more than expected for toiletries and beach supplies!! Highly recommend booking :)

Lovely! We had a great stay, close to beach. Pier 60 is about 0.8mi south, so we only walked there a few times to see the sunset. The closer beach is much quieter and better. Quiet cul-de-sac, nice owners, very attentive. The pullout couch for our 12 year old was fine, but she's getting older and may need something more comfortable in the future, but fine for kids. Good AC! Nice hot shower! Free washer and dryer was a great benefit! Clean and well maintained place. We stayed in the one bedroom.

This one bedroom one bath duplex had access to everything we needed. Walking to restaurants, bars and the beach. It’s quiet and private. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing with each other.

My friends and I were shocked by how cute the area was. Everything was so bright and colorful. The area also seemed very safe/not a party scene. The space itself was very clean, and plenty big for three people. We also thought it was such a thoughtful touch that there were beach necessities included with the property (beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, umbrella). It’s also located in the PERFECT location. Everything is in walking distance so there’s really no reason for a car. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was nicely located. Close to everything but just outside of the extremely busy part of Clearwater Beach. Condo was great size for the 2 of us. Highly recommend if you are wanting a quiet place to stay but walking distance to everything.

I really enjoy the stay here! The host was super kind. We talked several times. She told us about the bikes they have and also the laundry room. She was super friendly and very attentive. Please stay here you won’t regret it and bring your furry friend along, we did and he enjoyed it and the host was super kind about his stay

My family and I loved the whole experience of staying here. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The place is very clean, and a quick 3 min walk to the beach. There is a dock to fish from also which my brother in law enjoyed. Would stay here again
